Worst experience with Stormfiber

Worst experience with Stormfiber. After every one or two weeks, the network stops working in Johar Town, Lahore with Loss of Signal (LoS) error - blinking red light on router. Upon contacting the team for the fix, it takes them four to five days for recovering the connection. The users of Stormfiber have gotten sick of having to call them numerous time for the fix. We had to sacrifice many important pieces of work due to their delayed fix.

Continued Issues

Since January 31st, I've encountered issues with international platform usage. However, my ticket was closed on February 3rd without any explanation. Yesterday, on January 5th, 2024, I contacted customer support and was informed that the technical team would visit me the following day for a checkup. Today, upon contacting customer support again for resolution, I was told that the team would arrive at 10 PM. However, after calling again at 11 PM, I was informed by another representative that the previous agent had provided incorrect guidance. They suggested that my IP might be blacklisted and advised me to register it with (PSEB), although I fail to see the relevance of this registration.

As my issue remains unresolved, I want to express my dissatisfaction. I will not be making any payments until my problem is resolved satisfactorily.

It’s a scam extremely disappointing service I just removed my connection from one place as I shifted my home then 2 months later I contacted their salesman for connection and he didn’t provide me correct information (that u can not take a new connection your old connection will be revised ) my old connection was having so much problems and then when I asked them for refund they said we don’t have any refund policies I paid them 13000 rs but my money go wasted they just keep giving lame excuses it’s totally a scam making people fool and taking their money change your providers don’t even try to show 10% trust on this company their service for customer satisfaction is 0 …..they will only give u mental torture nothing else 🫡…..

Pathetic service

Pathetic service
It was once the best internet provider i ever had, but from last 8 to 9 months i frequently face disconnection issues, i am in coordination with there customer care but they keep on giving lame excuses.. today they told me to change my device which is of 11000 Rs and i asked them what if this issue persist even after changing the device? What is your refund policy ? Who is to blame for my 11000Rs? they were clueless, they have no refund or return policy..Now i am fed up with this and planning to change my provider and looking for a better one. Whats the point of paying 3500 RS per month for 20 Mbps connection if its not even connecting to internet

Poor Internet Quality + Poor Customer Service

Dear Stormfiber Team,

I am a resident of DHA Phase in Karachi and it has almost been 2 months since I started using Stormfiber. Over the past 8 years in Karachi, I have been exposed to multiple internet service providers even in remote areas such as Bahria Town and without a shadow of doubt I can confirm that Stormfibre is the WORST INTERNET SERVICE provider who would charge money for the services they never plan to provide.

When I got my connection installed 2 months back, I was charged full installation amount for a new internet service. However, on the day of installation the field person (Mr. Ramazan, 0302 2292706 serving in DHA Phase 6 Khayaban e Ameer Khusro) did not install a new fibre call rather used the already installed fiber cable that was being used by the previous house resident despite multiple requests from my side to have new cable installed since I had paid for a full new connection. The field person disappeared saying he would come soon in case of any issue, which obviously never happened.

Over the past 2 months, I have repeatedly faced internet outage (loss of fiber) and have made over 5 customer complaints. Every Time I am told that the problem will be permanently resolved but that never happens (standing true to their reputation of poor performance and miss commitment). Every weekend, I have to either compromise on not using the internet/TV or pay for another secondary 4G device.

The customer complaint only shows their lack of authority to resolve the matter when confronted. The field person (Mr. Ramazan, 0302 2292706), when called multiple times to help, has clearly refused that he is only a 3rd party resouce and will not help.

I have a strong network and a big team working with me. What I plan to do is to ensure the message gets across to everyone I know and to the general public via social media while I switch my network connection. This poor performance must be widely known.

I am sure even this email will not change anything as previous customer complaints did nothing different. I am surprised why would Stormfiber claim to be one of the best service providers when clearly they have no respect for their customers nor do they stand true to the commitment they make while charging money.

Empty Promises from Storm fibre

if your service is absolutely garbage the way it is, stop advertising it as fast and good. We asked for 100mb and get 35 on average, absolutely dogsh wifi. False advertising and even worse customer service, you lot are scammers.

Service team work is too down

I am absolutely furious with the consistently atrocious service provided by StormFiber Internet. Your inability to maintain a stable internet connection is beyond infuriating. I am paying for high-speed internet, but what I'm getting is a slow, unreliable mess. It's infuriating to think that I've wasted my hard-earned money on your subpar service.

Your customer support is a joke. They provide no real solutions, just excuses and empty promises. Your technicians are equally clueless, and their so-called "repairs" only make things worse. It's appalling that I have to constantly chase you for a service I'm paying for. And don't get me started on your billing department; they can't even get my bills right!

I'm done with StormFiber's incompetence. If you don't fix this mess immediately, I'll switch to a provider that actually values its customers. You've pushed me to my limits, and I won't stand for it any longer.

I would have given a -1 star if…

I would have given a -1 star if possible. The support team don't provide any service they just close your tickets as successful. Pathetic service. In past it used to be a good ISP but now I have the worst experience with stomfiber that i ever had with any other ISP.
