Are they out of business, or is this a scam??
On 16 September I ordered a cover directly from the website. After two weeks, I was in touch with the company when I still hadn't received the cover, and they said they'd look into it. After attempting to follow up with the rep that promised to follow up with me, I started attempting to contact them every way I could fathom. The phone numbers they list ring eternally and no one answers emails, further still, some of the email addresses they list come back as non-deliverable. After 5 weeks and no response, I contacted PayPal (thank heavens I paid with PayPal!) and reported fraud. PayPal quickly decided the case in my favor and refunded me the money.
I fully believe this website is now defunct. They obviously were a company at one point, because I have neighbors with the cover (and I'm bummed because I really wanted one!). But they don't seem to online anymore. I would urge extreme caution before making a purchase here.
