Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. The facility is OK but grossly over priced. I rented for 6 months to get out of the Florida hurricane season. Upon renting I told them I would leave in mid February. When I called for a prorated bill they refused, and insisted on the full month, even though this was our agreement up front. The manager, Javier, was difficult to find and surly upon my arrival. I had paid upfront for an additional week but did not use it.
I took the camper out for a few days in November of 2025, upon my return, the power was out and I could not access the facility. Javier refused to come and let me in, and I was told to abandon my camper in the parking lot, as I had an international flight home and would not be able to retrieve my camper for 3 months. This was a terrible option as it was not winterized and it is not a secure area. After 5 hours of begging and sitting in my camper, a corporate employee finally came and let me in, and I was able to make my flight the next day.
Now, I have to reschedule everything and fly back a week early to get my camper as I refuse to do business with this company ever again. So they chose to miss out on a half month’s rent, inconvenience me greatly, and have lost a customer for future years.
This company does not understand customer service, at all. I do hope the owners see this review, their staff is rude and will not assist their customers in any way. Never again.
