I notified them 1 day after receipt and asked that they provide me the return instructions. Instead, they wanted to send me an unrelated part. I went back and forth explaining I wanted to return the product for a refund, and now they have stopped responding altogether

I placed an order for an item on the website and it was accepted and my payment taken. I then had my order cancelled, so that they can increase the price. When I tried to contact them to resolve this, they will not respond. They do not appear to understand ethical trading or customer service. Avoid at all costs.
