Terrible service. I rented a unit before leaving for El Salvador on a Fulbright grant from the U.S. State Department. Contacting them ever since has been a nightmare. The owner claims he tried to call me several times; I never received any calls. Likewise he claims to have answered my many emails. Only after shouting at him today did I receive a link to pay my bill. The web site is very confusing - no link or drop down menu choice ti make payments or to set up autopay. Several phone numbers are provided but without explaining which one to use. I recommend NOT dealing with them in any way.

storage land is hands down the best storage place ive ever been with. they are all EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. the cost, options and willingness to make sure you’re happy is FAAAAR above anything I was expecting. i came from public storage and was pleasantly surprised with the difference. I was able to get a unit 2x the size for half the price same day and no BS extra fees and stuff. they even included the lock. the special I got on was $30 out the door for the 1st month. even WITH the $1 special at public storage after fees and lock it was like $60 so yeah all I can say is use Storageland! it’s not even a question trust me they will make sure they accommodate you and you won’t be spending an insane amount of money for your things.
