After looking for weeks on the right stone found the perfect one in stonetops, the sales person was really helpful and booked me n appointment on the day...then later recommended me to go to the warehouse after hearing my specific requirements to save me time..which was a good shout as I was given a tour in how the stone is fabricated, diff types, finishes, quality and also where they originates from.the warehouse manager was amazing as he lifted our mood up and gave us flexible options and helped us with the costs. he also recommended the fit and the style and the height of the worktop which we found it extremely helpful..turn around time from start to finish was wikid as it could have been measured and fitted in 4 days since the stone was available, however due to my work commitments it was done in 9 days which was still amazing!!...

highly recommend but keep an eye on the fitters and the installation as they tend to rush and miss spots..had to direct them and point out areas few times...but apart from that very easy team to work with loads of banter!!!!

Nothing but great things to say, great customer service, both on the phone and in person. Great quality of worktop, looks great with my kitchen. Grey units with a white marble effect quartz worktop. Amazing turnover time, from template to installation. Great prices compared to other companies offer the same standard. I will be recommending them to everyone i know doing a kitchen or bathroom. I would like to thank the team for all the help during the stresses of having building work done. It was much appreciated.

Our search for a kitchen worktop was not easy.
The choice between granite and quartz was the main problem as we were not sure which one was more suitable. In the end we opted for a black sparkly worktop and must say we are delighted with it. The installers did a great job.

Really poor service from start to finish. We had to chase on numberous occasions to arrange installation. Rude and pushy installation team. My advice to anyone would be avoid at all costs. The worktop itself was lovely but it’s not worth the hassle.

Good quality material, expert installers, fast service at reasonable prices.
Very happy with the work. Please ensure that you allow extra for remove and reinstall gas hob and remove and dispose old worktop.

Delighted with my new kitchen worktops. I had a rather large island but the guys managed it very well.

We needed our granite work tops at very short notice and Stonetops 365 were able to deliver on time. They provided the service we needed from beginning to end. We were in a real rush for this and they turned the order around very quickly from beginning to end.

Always a bit nervous dealing with a new company but were very pleased with them and would happily recommend. No problems at all.

I had kitchen worktops, up stands and cladding to some pillars done in my kitchen in a marble effect quartz. Once the measurements were done they explained that to match the joins with the cabinets we would need two pieces of stone to set my expectations. I changed my mind about something and that caused some confusion, however once we realised they were missing the cladding they were really great about getting the additional bits and fitting them the next day. The finished product is to a really great standard.

Avoid this company! Constantly chasing for dates of install. I ask the the tops be made from two sections with one join. Instead I have 4 joins. Probably one most dishonest companies I've come across. I found out after the fact from other suppliers they have a terrible reputation in the industry. They are cheap, but you'll wait forever and probably won't get what you ordered.

Paid this company in jan for a work top that was quoted to be fitted in 3 weeks. It is now March we have no work top. The sales people continually make up excuses about why the work top didn’t arrive after they make dates for its fitting after we call them to ask where they are (at least 4 separate occasions). We have to call them 40 plus times in a day. Finally the work top arrives 6 hours later than scheduled. Some pieces the wrong size, 1 piece missing. Only one work man turns up. The other never arrives so work can not be done.

The saga continues.

Updated- finally they show up to fit the work top at 6pm in the evening. It cracks while fitting. These things happen- fine. We are told another delivery and fitting will occur next week.

Another three weeks goes by of further promised dates and no shows, excuses that don’t tally with previous excuses.

Finally after threats of legal action the top gets fitted to a satisfactory standard again at 6pm in the evening.

We then get an email from the owner asking ‘how much left of the final fitting balance do we think is fair to pay?’

The absolute audacity of these people. LAUGHABLE.

My experience has been unacceptably horrendous. Please avoid at all cost.
