Bad communication and disaster mounting process.
We booked new counter tops for an existing kitchen. They did the measurements without looking at the water pipes, resulting in 1 week without water nor a functioning kitchen. First Erki tried to push for a mounting day knowing the tops were not removed, saying their mounters could do it, just to be called the same day at 18.00 to cancel because they could not remove them ( after spending all day cooking and preparing for it). When they finally came to install the tops and the sink, they realized the pipes were “too long” and they couldn’t finish, leaving the job half done until the VVS could come. The end result is good but the process was stressful.
