I bought a small water bong I haven't even had it a whole month I'm sitting there watching TV and I heard something crack next thing I see is water from the bong dripping off my dresser so it just cracked ,I'm so mad I heard good things about this company and for it not to be cold,hot it was just sitting on my dresser haven't used it in a whole day,so just to let people know the glass is very cheap by the way it cracked you can tell it was a bad glass blow on the glass very sloppy and in a hurry so I will never buy from stoned genie again they suck and there products are poorly made I wont contact them,due to a previous email I sent them telling them I didn't receive my package and they were so rude,they told me it said it was delivered so that's it have a nice day,who wants to spend there money on junk then have them be very rude to you my next water bong will be from a company called whomp it they are higher priced but there bongs are unbreakable and if it breaks they guarantee a new one,so if you buy from stoned genie your wasting your money they sell junk.

Placed a large order with this company. Missing over half the order at arrival. When I contacted them they said I had two options. Ship back the whole order was the first. The second was call it even because what they sent totaled more than my original order. Horrible customer service on their own mistake.
