Defective printers from Stoffel

1) I bought a used printer HP 4250 in October. It gave error message 57.04. I sent emails for assistance, which were answered helpfully and politely, but I was not able to fix it and had to I sent it back. I got it back repaired on 19 November. Now it works, but not smoothly.
2) I bought a printer hp 4350 in December. I could not get it to work properly at all, and trashed it. I did not send it back as too much time and effort involved. Right now I am not sure I wil buy from this seller again.
