It was easy to set up a Stock Donator account and easy for our donors to use it. The process was quick and we got our money in less than a week.

It seems easy to use, but why is a common platform like TD Ameritrade not compatible?

The quick response of your team, we had been trying to set up an account with another company, that was making us jump through a lot of hoops because we were a church. We submitted out application and our account was ready to receive stock within 48 hours. Our stock donation was received, liquidated and check cut to us with in 2 days time. The process was so simple. Even at the end of the year your team was so responsive.

Being able to accept donated stocks is a real benefit to a small nonprofit such as Missing Children Minnesota.

The only challenge were 1) communication about the period of time till the fund a we're released and 2) a clearer confirmation to the donor about the process after they submitted the donation request.

I am concerned that the Stock Donator website code supplied for our website might be retaining account details on our website. I expect this is the case because after restoring our site from a backup, two stock transfers were processed from old data.
