STK M Phone

Possibly the worst phone I've ever had. Bought in ASDA for £10 in May 2019 as a back-up phone to use for work so I wasn't really expecting much out of it. It worked fine at first but then developed a mind of its own. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the buttons function properly, sometimes they do random things. The phone can even make calls on its own - which prompted me to write this review. It was lying on a bench, not touching anything, then all of a sudden I could hear voices. Initially, I assumed it must have been coming from outside but, to my horror, my phone had decided it call the emergency service. The call wouldn't end which prompted me to take out the battery and throw it in the bin for good. Absolutely awful.

I ordered a replacement battery for my…

I ordered a replacement battery for my STK plus phone on Monday 23rd of November. Web site states delivery is two to three days from date of dispatch, what they don't say is how long it takes to dispatch. On 26th November I emailed to ask if it had been dispatched and got email back about two hours later to say that it had been dispatched. It is now 1st of December and I still do not have my battery and no answer to my email asking for an expected delivery date.
Quite pathetic. I think I'll order a new phone from China as it'll be quicker than waiting for STK to send the battery.

Don't buy M phone

This phone is more bother than it is worth. It needs 2 sim cards to operate and can't decide which one has credit available. The screen asks for sim card to be inserted when both cards are inserted. Even with help from customer services the problem wasn't solved. Returned phone to shop and paid extra for one that works

A disappointed south African who purchased an STK cellphone two years two years ago I purchased a STK cellphone from Ackerman's store in Durban South Africa, the battery is dead its not available

I bought STK cellphone two years ago,it only worked for three months, and the battery died.
I sent it back for repair in Johannesburg,it came back after a month and lasted for three months,it started not to charge, switching itself off,and I took it back again, the same year 2018 it was repaired twice,I got it back in January 2019 and it only lasted for four months and that was that,l contacted them but to no avail.l bought a new cellphone that I am using now, from a different supplier,I then tried to contact the STK TEAM,Jack replied my email,he said they don't help countries outside Europe, and my question is,when they brought their product to Africa why they didn't consider the fact that it's not in Europe 🤔now the cellphone is now a toy,I can't use it,and it was so expensive when I bought it,they advertised nicely, little did I know that I was putting myself on a misery life , imagine spending a Christmas without a phone, because the battery is dead.l am very disappointed with the way they do their business, and I am asking them to do something about the battery issue for us, people who bought their gadgets in Africa.Where can we buy the STK accessories in South Africa

Happy!

I have had my phone for just under 2 years and was having problems charging. Having concluded the issue was the battery I checked STK website but unfortunately my model was not available. Having searched the internet for an alternative and contacting STK via phone with no call back I ended up purchasing a new phone.
I have since managed to speak with someone via email (Jack) who has been very helpful. It transpires some of their batteries can cross over (so for my Life7 4G I can use a Sync 5z battery) this is not mentioned on their website, I was also offered an agreeable discount on a new battery to compensate for the fact that I had had to resort to finding an alternative means of communication.
I do like my STK and am looking forward to getting back to using it.
Thank you STK (Jack)

stk lite smartphone - Best of British

stk lite - Absolutely fantastic smart phone, why on earth would you want to spend £600 plus on some overpriced phones for people with nothing to do but play games etc. Unlike many products i.e "Apple", they take over and control how you operate your media. I enjoy the total control of being able to move media to and from any equipment that I have. It's not the fastest on the block, but it's perfectly adequate for normal non OCD people who can't wait for a second because of their second to second lifestyle. It does everything a phone should do and it's British. I think that some people need to get a life and not live it through overpriced
toys.

Bought STK Life Plus S

Bought STK Life Plus S, Cheap phone, but at least expected it to function as a smartphone for the money paid- would have been happy if it functioned for at least 2 years. Nothing positive , too many negatives to list: Mainly, sold as 4G- It is NOT 4G, Bluetooth doesn't work. connections no good. Regret buying it. If I knew what I know now about this phone I would not have touched it with a barge pole. Have had to factory rest it many times. There is nothing positive to say about this phone. You know what they say- a good product makes you loyal to a company or a brand. Sadly there is nothing about this phone that promotes the company or the brand in a positive light.

Absolute disaster of a phone.

Had this phone for less than an year. Within three months of purchase, the headphones went dead. The battery life is absolutely rubbish. It takes six hours for it to charge from 50 percent to a full 100 while it barely takes 2 hours to go back to 15 with bare minimum usage. The battery drops down to a horrible and unuable percentage and takes HOURS to charge. A few days ago, my phone started facing a new issue related to the battery. It was dead stuck on 27 percent. Either sucked up charge or just stayed there. And know i have to get it repaired through another shop because the customer service refuse to respond. If i had known, how much a high maintaince phone this is, where i have to buy chargers, cords, headphones and battery, then I would've never bought it and rather bought a decent one. Gosh. What a disaster.

Cheap phone and it shows.
My experience with customer service was very poor, they didn't have a clue. I knew more about the phone and I only had it for a few days.

Unfortunately I would give a zero…

Unfortunately I would give a zero rating if I could like a previous reviewer. I purchased a phone, it was a refurb, received the phone - it was completely dead, found out what I had to do to return the phone. First off I had to pay to send the phone back, even though it was faulty, I had an email to say they had recieved the phone... a month down the line (it says wait 21 working days for a refund), but still nothing on my refund. I decided to send an email to find out where my 30 quid was only to receive an email from Jack saying
"Our offices are currently closed, but once we reopen we'll get this processed ASAP".
So they have people there to receive the return but not issue a refund.
The phone was purchased on the 15th of April, today is the 24th of May.
Can I use block capitals for this?
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!
