I had a problem with a tablecloth kit …

I had a problem with a tablecloth kit I bought. I contacted Stitcher and Emma replied, she said leave it with me I'll contact the firm which was in Belgium and sort it out.
The firm sent me a new item but no embroidery threads. Once again I contacted Emma asking her if she could sort me out the threads and I would pay for them. No she said I will get you the threads but they will be free of charge. I was thrilled that in this day and age Stitcher was superb at responding to my dilemma. I can't praise Emma and the team high enough. I will shop there with confidence in the future. Many., many, thanks. Tree.

Buying thread is so easy!

Stitcher is an amazing website. They have everything you need for any sewing hobby.

Prices are great, communication is spot-on and delivery is quick.

I am not sure that you could ask for better!
