I'm a returning customer and the reason for that is simple: The excellent selection of fountain pens, inks and everything stationary. I like the possibility to purchase a custom grind nib with a variety of fountain pens. Shipping and delivery of the orders are quick and in a secure packaging.

I have shopped at Stilo e Stile a couple of times, and each time, the experience has been wonderful. I love to browse their website, especially for inks because their ink swatches are quite detailed and show off the properties of the ink with pretty good accuracy. If shipping and customs were not a thing, I would definitely order from them more often. :-)

This is one of the best e-stores I've dealt with. I don't get the feeling that they are very personal, but they obviously care about their customers. All orders are carefully packaged and quickly delivered. I really appreciate that they have taken their own photos of the products, and I particularly love that they have detailed writing samples for pens and ink swatches for inks. Those are the main reasons I buy from them, because it gives me great confidence in that I will be happy with my purchase. Also, their selection of products is great.

Honestly the best customer service I have ever received from any store. Valentina was very patient and welcoming over emails in answering my queries, with a clear passion and dedication to finding the right pen with the right look to meet my requirements. She sent multiple comparison images and videos to make sure I was happy before sending the order. In fact, she did it so well, I ended up buying a second pen! I will 100% be shopping online with them again! Plus the shipping to the UK was speedy and the items arrived in great condition.
