Amazing service and helped me with my custom nib order, thank you Mario

I had an outstanding experience with Stilo&Stile. Even though I missed the official deadline for submitting my order for a custom nib modification by the visiting nibmeister, Matthew Chen, they kindly accepted it anyway. On top of that, they allowed me to add several Rohrer & Klingner inks to my order after it had already been placed, which was incredibly helpful.

The entire experience was handled with professionalism, flexibility, and genuine attention to customer satisfaction. Their communication was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

This level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare. If you’re looking for a retailer that combines an excellent selection of fountain pens with expert advice and truly outstanding customer care, I can wholeheartedly recommend Stilo&Stile. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Customer service is excellent. Photo included with the order, of the pen being worked, was a nice surprise.

They provided guidelines by email of what information would be helpful for the nibmeister and how to send photos of my wriing angle.

-prompt and secure shipping . Order was complete and damage free.
-my minor quibbles include the approx. $20 CDN charge from UPS . When advertising " free shipping" it should be clearly noted that there will be such a charge even thought this appears to be standard industry practice. Also, it would be nice if the web site included a clear explanation as to whether pens are inspected/tested prior to being shipped. Other vendors include this service , some for free and others for a modest additional charge . Anyone selecting this service is advised that shipping will be delayed accordingly. If such a notice exists and I simply missed it I apologize.

Nice and easy website with a beautiful selection of products. They offer a wide range of items, and many are in stock. My Pilot inkt bottles and fountain pen arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The products are of excellent quality. Highly recommended!
