Dear Jean-Marc, this issue is a result from Brexit and we have a special notice at the checkout and an extra section specially about this in our Terms and conditions. Delivery within a few days and able to track/courier notified in advance. Whilst I'm keeping the items I bought - beautifully designed and made - a returns label and instructions were included in the package, which looked easy to organise.

Very poor service
I am still waiting for delivery, the import duty has been incorrectly calculated and the situation is exasperated by the courier being UPS who are totally incompetent. I will not be purchasing from Stierna again.
