Such great customer service. Their delivery time is super quick. The skirt itself is such good quality and looks so professional (Tinamous Skirt in Navy). I ordered online then immediately realised I made an error and chose the wrong size. I emailed them and they replied straight away, they changed my size and had it in the post the next day. I will definitely shop with St Frock ongoing.

Prompt support over missing delivery. I reached out to the customer service team concerning an order that was indicated as 'Delivered', but I had not yet received the item. The team was quick to respond to my query and promptly followed up with the courier on the package within a few days from when I first reached out to them. Absolutely gorgeous coat! Great quality, amazing value, and fantastic fit. For sizing indication, I am usually a size 12 or 14 top and bought a size 16 coat which fits wonderfully over a light sweater.

I ordered the Seema dress in green for a birthday party. When it arrived, i realised it was very cheaply made. The material felt plasticy, there was a few loose strings hanging and sequins falling off as I pulled it out of the parcel. It didn’t look like the dress I had seen in the images online (stock images and Instagram).

The price was $120 so I was expecting something a lot better for that price and to be honest, I couldn’t believe something so cheaply made was priced at that point.

I was unhappy with the quality and luckily it was deemed faulty and St Frock provided me with a full refund. Luckily, the staff were professional and provided me with a refund.

Considering the quality was so off, I won’t be buying from St Frock again. They don’t do refunds for change of mind either which is a big reason why I won’t be buying again.

THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!!!, I used their buy 2 items of the same colour and you can try them on and return the one that doesn't fit for a FULL refund. Once they received my returned dress, they emailed me to say that the dress had an odour/sweat and that they could not refund me, what a load of BS, I tried it on took it off and re packaged it and returned it.
NEVER WILL I SHOP HERE AGAIN!!

$90 down the drain. Wrong sizing guide, terrible customer service and horrible quality. Declined my refund request because “everything is outlined in our policy” and because they think the ACCC is just a rough guide and not something to actually go by.

I have bought a lot of beautiful dresses from St Frock. They have soo many beautiful items. On the very odd occasion something hasn’t fitted right I found their service to be fabulous. Fast, efficient, free postage back and a replacement sent asap. I’ve become soo used to their amazing sales and offers and great service that I hardly shop anywhere else!
Would highly recommend them if you want something for every occasion, and any shape or size. The quality is great too!

Be warned!! I regret not reading all the reviews on here and product review before purchasing anything from this website. All the negative reviews are spot on. I purchased almost $400 of clothes, and when I tried it on I realised how bad the quality is. I immediately initiated a return, to find out that they don’t issue refunds and only store credit. They refused to refund me and kept repeating that their policy is stated on their website. Just because your unethical policy is displayed doesn’t mean it is correct. St Frock does a disservice to their customers, they don’t see any value in them and only care about money. They sell poor quality clothing that is obviously drop shipped from outsourced manufacturers marked up at Australian prices. One of the sleeves on a shirt I received had the sleeve sewed shut, another shirt had uneven stitching, so the right arm felt tight and the left loose. The material is terrible and staticky, it shocks and sticks to you. The sizing is all over the place, most of the pieces were so ridiculously oversized or way too long, and others seemed tight. Why would I, or any other customer, want a store credit to be forced into receiving more horrible clothes from this website over receiving a refund?. It feels like a giant scam. St Frock do you have any integrity? I have reported them to the ACCC and Fair Trading and I encourage everyone else who has the same experience to do the same. If needed, I intend on taking this matter to small claims court out of principle as it is absolutely disgusting that a company treat its customers like this and continue to get away with it. Seriously AVOID this place!

No refunds are offered, only store credit. I now have well over $100 in wasted money, as the styles don’t work for me and fits are weird. Won’t be shopping here again.

I have been really impressed with the quality of clothes and the fast and efficient delivery.
I had a credit and forgot to apply it at the checkout. I contacted St Frock and they were more than happy to apply my credit and give me a refund for the purchase! So very much appreciated. This type of customer service is rare in the online shopping world.
I would and have recommended St Frock to many people.

Ordered before Christmas and was supposed to be delivered by New Years. It’s now March and nothing. Started by asking what the order was. Which then progressed to my asking for a refund. They always reply I’m a VIP and they will get right on it. So far, NOTHING!!

Besides having great fashion, their customer service is outstanding. I had a question about a purchase. Quickly they sent a video to solve my issues. Couldn’t have asked for better.
