Graph Tec guitar parts are awesome About the Graft Tec nuts drasticamy guitars help my guitars stay in tune.

When I first heard anything about Graph
I had a guitar with factory metal string trees and was having major problems with tuning my 1st couple of stings. The strings were hanging up on the trees. Id tune a string then go to the next one and tune it and it pulled the 1st string out of tune. I replaced the trailer trees with the Graph Tec trees and problem solved. I build custom electric guitars and leave the option of GT's nuts and saddles as an extra. They're a bit pricey but if you want definitely better tuning stability then their products are worth every penny.

Stewmac makes great luthier tools

Stewmac makes great luthier tools. The quality control of their products is great, and their customer service department is very responsive and helpful.

My comments for improvement: customer service was a bit slow returning a reply for one issue I experienced, and when I signed up for marketing texts I got spammed with promotions.

A lighter touch on the marketing side would be good.

Excellent products and tutorials

Great tutorials and high quality products for working on guitars. Also fast shipping to the UK and easy to deal with
Over the last few months ive had books on finishing and fretwork, fret files, nut rescue powder. Straight edges and other bits and bobs. Many thanks. Luke tidswell
