Cannot praise this team too much!
Wow! This probably describes Taylor and his team the best. I had used them before when I had a major leak in my tank in the loft and had to find a plumber quickly. They are a young team and I will confess that I had initial ‘reservations’ whether they do a good job or sell me something I wouldn’t necessarily need. There was definitely no need to worry! They are a ‘no fuss, get on with the job’ team. They advise on what has to be done with passion and great customer service.
I just had my bathroom done and experienced all the same again. They sorted problems without involving me so I was presented with the finished product and no worries in between. This gives me the confidence that no job is too difficult which I need being a valued customer.
I will also exchange my boiler and am already looking forward for the job to be done. The team is super friendly and always in good spirits.
