Total fruadsters, sold my mothers motorhome on to s 3rd party and never credited her Any money.

All in hands of solicitors, as with many others

AVOID we have been victims to this fraudster .. placing an order for a new van at the NEC motorhome show in Oct 2023. He took our deposit and never placed the order. Please google latest police report by Yorkshire Police Department they are asking for victims to come forward as they have been arrested 2 days for fraud and money laundering.

Bought a motorhome from them 4 years ago paid full amount by bank transfer when we picked it up ,then on 30 05 24 we get a letter from a credit company saying that the vehicle is subject to a Finance Lease Agreement and as such title remains with them I was advised today to check on the finance website
to see if there was any finance on the vehicle we find even though we paid him the full amount he had actually got the van on finance over a 60 mth period
It has absolutely shattered me and my husband we are both retired and was looking forward to be able to enjoy and spend time away i hope they get there just deserves cos we.ll fight them all the way

SCAM. FRAUD. We ordered an Etrusco motorhome from Steve Mann Caravans and have made two deposits. After more than two years and constant delays without evidence, we just want our money back.
Despite speaking with James Mann in person several times, he always lies. His parents too. This family business is the perfect criminal organization. They have been reported several times to the Police. Completely AVOID!

Do not buy or put a deposit down on a caravan or campervan with this company. Last seen at the NEC Birmingham in October 2023 taking customer money and then not responding to emails, telephone calls and certainly not providing the camper van that was promised.

They have lost their franchise due to stealing from customers and dealers. I don’t know how they are still trading and not behind bars. Avoid. Trying to get my deposit back through Mastercard. Worst thing is that Hymer/Etrusco and doing nothing to help customers that they told to deal with him at the NEC show

Stay away from this company. We are pursuing them through the courts with all alacrity to secure £43k + all our costs. They have lied to us since December 2023 and we’ve now had enough. We’ve just had to pull out of buying our new home as a result of these crooks but we will pursue them until paid in full and all costs recovered - one way or another.

Do not buy from this company. Took 60K from us for a new Etrusco in March 2023 and still hasnt settled the Stocking finance. This man is still trading selling Bailey Caravans. How is this happening? Check out his other reviews on Google!!!

Do not under any circumstances deal with this company! I ordered a camper van in June, 2021 and paid a deposit...I still haven't got the van...the Etrusco dealership has been withdrawn from this company and the Mann's still have my deposit! How are they still in business? They are liars and fraudsters - definitely no stars!!!

WARNING
We ordered a new motorhome from this company in January 2023 and have paid a substantial deposit. After numurous promises were broken regarding delivery dates we eventually discovered they never purchased the vehicle from the manufacturer. It has been waiting in a compound in Italy since November 2023. Due to complete frustation we eventually cancelled the order. James Mann now refuses to return our £12,000 deposit. 'Insufficient funds' apparently.
Do not believe anything James Mann tells you.

Zero stars . We too equally bought a new Etrusco motorhome last year and paid in full . James still hasn’t paid the stocking finance therefore the finance company will not release the V5.
This man is s crook who owes hundreds of thousands of pounds to so many people !
Yet he’s still trading !!!

We bought a Motorhome. Traded in our old vehicle. James Mann agreed to clear outstanding finance. The cheque to the finance company bounced. That was in April 2023. It’s now February 2024 and we’ve only received £15k of the original £50k owed despite legal action and High Court Enforcement. They defaulted on the payment agreement made with the enforcement company. Now having to continue to pay for a Motorhome we haven’t got as well as paying for the new one.
To add insult to injury they failed to register our new vehicle correctly with DVLA. It was 6 weeks from collecting before it was registered and could be used.
Nothing but lies and excuses throughout the whole dealings with this company. We’re not the only victim of this company, see Google reviews also. My advice is to avoid!
