I wish I had checked this site before purchasing a Xmas present. Whilst the courier didn’t provide evidence of a delivery but rather a neighbours garden with no parcel, the company have been slow to respond, seem to assume this is somehow my fault and have asked me twice to search neighbours gardens. Poor all round experience and having not received the goods, unable to comment on the quality.

So far not a great experience. Bought some shoes. Didn’t fit me . Went to the drop off shop twice , with the label provided by SM and twice I was told the label is not valid . Emailed SM and they sorted out the issue . Third time was lucky and the parcels has been sent , however now it’s been 10 days since any updates . Not sure what is going on . Looks like lots of people having issues. Would not recommend.

Wish I’d looked at these reviews beforehand. Really poor quality and the return label and QR code don’t work . Evri don’t respond to issue. Decided to pay myself to send them and now Evri are trying to deliver at 21.00pm at night when they’re not open! Nearly £200 out of pocket. They definitely have something going with not having a working returns process or QR code issue….avoid!!! I can’t see me getting my money back via either company tbh!

They literally sent me the wrong trainers and have been so unhelpful with trying to get it resolved! So disappointing as I do love their trainers but shocked to have received the complete wrong trainers and no help to get it resolved to get the trainers I actually ordered!

Order arrived late. Couldn’t return as order date was over 14days. Was told sorry but not sorry and refund not an option. Had to escalate the complaint and was told return label would be issued. Still waiting.

very bas customer service . they are so quick to send the item but so hard to send them back , they live chat no working email they dont respond . QR code always wrong I can not get through anyone last time I m buying from this company

I bought Steve Madden shoe from Dubai worth AED 649/- but it’s totally poor quality. I’ll not recommend anyone for this brand. I can say local seller sales good quality than Steve Madden.
Shame on you guys you charging high prices for your product and quality is zero.

Terrible customer service. My item was lost in shipping and they customer service did their best not to refund me but instead encourage me to wait for the delivery even when the courier confirmed it had been lost and had not moved from tracking for 2 weeks. I didn't like how I was spoken to assuming I had took the delivery when it was evident the item had not been delivered. Will not be purchasing from this site again and would encourage other not to

This is my second pair of Steve Madden boots. My first pair bought many moons ago became trusty friends and they came out every year until they literally started to fall apart. So Steve Madden was the obvious choice for me.
I am really enjoying my latest pair of SM boots but I have knocked off a star because these ones have taken some breaking in. I first wore them on a weekend away and really had to stick with them as I’d brought no other footwear. To say that they were excruciating to get on and off during this weekend is an understatement, with blisters the size of small saucers appearing on my heels. However , I have persevered and they are starting to ease up a fair bit (thank goodness) plus the purchase of a boot jack has proved invaluable for removing them.
So the deduction of one star is for the harshly inflexible inner heel structure of the boot. There must be a better way, surely, Steve Madden & co???

Very poor service! Ordered shoes and size was too large so retuned and have confirmation was shipped back to them and still nothing refund has been processed week later. Customer service haven’t been very helpful either.

I love my shoes -I am appreciate to get this shoes-it is very comfortable,flexible and nice trainer -quality is perfect and I did not find it before than after it stocked and I purhaced it -

Absolutely terrible experience. I bought a pair of heels for £100, and after wearing them only twice, the heel literally came apart. Completely unacceptable for the price and supposed “quality.”
When I contacted customer service, they were dismissive from the start. I clearly explained that the shoes were faulty and asked for help or a repair. Instead of addressing the issue, they brushed it off and refused to do anything. Each time I replied with more context, they ignored what I said and sent the same copy-paste responses before abruptly closing the conversation.
I even pointed out that they were ignoring my messages… their response? A lazy “we can’t do anything.” No accountability, no effort, and to make things worse, a different person replied every time, so no one actually took ownership of the issue.
For a brand charging £100 for shoes, I expected some level of care or professionalism. Instead, I got poor quality, zero customer support, and a team that clearly doesn’t care about their customers.

I’m giving 5 stars as I bought my daughter a pair of trainers for Christmas and they are stunning and I’m actually thinking about getting myself a pair as I tried them on and my life they are like slippers

A company that makes you work so hard to get the refund you are owed doesn’t deserve to trade. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Tried to cancel the order before item was shipped. They conveniently waited until item had been dispatched to reply that cancellation not possible.
Trying to now return the boots and that TOO is an issue. The online return system is not processing return and noone is replying to emails sent to customer service contact email. Terrible service and overpriced low quality footwear. Avoid!
