I ordered two pairs of Tom Ford sunglasses, both were just what I wanted and very stylish. The price was easily 50% less than the store and they are definitely authentic.
Even the shipping arrived 1 day early…

I purchased an item earlier through YOOX and they happen to be partnered with which was selling it on YOOX. My order never got delivered, I reached out to them, for over a week no response. I had to reach out to YOOX letting them know I never heard back from their partner. Mind you I was outside exactly where packages will be delivered at my house doing some cleaning. No package got delivered. When they finally responded to me after YOOX reached out (which means they ignore customers complaints) they reached out to me and told me they received confirmation that the order was delivered and I have to find a solution with UPS. They never responded to any of my emails anymore.

Two weeks later I make another order on YOOX, this time around my order was going to this third party again Stepani Style and another one. Unfortunately now it was clear that YOOX made a mistake on my address. I reached out to both partners, just a day later the other oartner responded and informed me the package was being shipped back to them but Stepani has never responded to me or contacted me about their order which was part of the entire order on YOOX.

Just a weird thing, when i purchased the first item, it was the last piece on YOOX and it was sold out after my purchase, About a week after not receiving the order, I see the item posted back on YOOX which seems like it was mailed back to them and they never contacted me back.

I do not advise anyone to purchase from Stepani Style.
