i've edited this review and now give stellar 4 stars based on their support. the software didnt work for me, it did retrieve data from the HDD but it arrived in an incomprehensible format (arbitarily numbered folders of sandbox identifiers) with no guidelines how to retrieve the original directory tree. I opened a support ticket and got no reply so bought a competitor's product which retrieved the data in its original format. Stellar has since phoned me and we have determined that the support ticket probably fell over in their system which is why i did not get a reply. i can't comment on the software beyond my initial experience but assume that given guidance i likely could have retrieved the data intact. however their taking the trouble to reach out via phone indicates Stellar takes customer support seriously and that alone is worth 4 stars. Stellar has offered to refund the purchase which is generous.

I was having an issue with Stellar Merge Mailbox for Outlook. But support tech Devashish S. was extremely helpful, and quickly showed me the problem was on my side, and I was able to move forward. Much appreciated.

Swatantra was great and patience understanding my problem and giving me options until we solve it.

The support I got from Deepak was excellent. He was able to help me immediately. There was a very clear set of short questions and then the successful solution for the problem.

Great software to help us with the PST and OST problems. The better of all its the support guy called Sanket! So helpful

The service tech was excellent - but the Stellar app is pretty terrible when it comes to having to work with ost files. Nothing intuitive about it - no help mechanisms - and no feed back on the repairs it made to let me know what I've lost.

The product didn't even work at all didn't even make it back up All my phone or restore anything it was completely useless called a bit of false advertising and they deny a refund

Took two hours of web research to find this company and its products, then one minute for the product to work its magic and reset the lost Windows password (after scammers changed it). Highly recommended.

Stellar offer a 100% guarantee, however if the software doesn't do what you need, there is no guarantee. Let the buyer beware!
