good support

i've edited this review and now give stellar 4 stars based on their support. the software didnt work for me, it did retrieve data from the HDD but it arrived in an incomprehensible format (arbitarily numbered folders of sandbox identifiers) with no guidelines how to retrieve the original directory tree. I opened a support ticket and got no reply so bought a competitor's product which retrieved the data in its original format. Stellar has since phoned me and we have determined that the support ticket probably fell over in their system which is why i did not get a reply. i can't comment on the software beyond my initial experience but assume that given guidance i likely could have retrieved the data intact. however their taking the trouble to reach out via phone indicates Stellar takes customer support seriously and that alone is worth 4 stars. Stellar has offered to refund the purchase which is generous.

Great support

I was having an issue with Stellar Merge Mailbox for Outlook. But support tech Devashish S. was extremely helpful, and quickly showed me the problem was on my side, and I was able to move forward. Much appreciated.

Excellent Tech Support - Unpleasant software

The service tech was excellent - but the Stellar app is pretty terrible when it comes to having to work with ost files. Nothing intuitive about it - no help mechanisms - and no feed back on the repairs it made to let me know what I've lost.

Clear, Direct, Patient and Helpful

My agent, Rohit Sharma, was very responsive as I waited very little inbetween his messages. He was very clear about the guidance provided, got straight to the heart of the issue and was patient while I worked through the steps necessary to reach a resolution. I found him to be most helpful, and courteous to my needs and flexible around my security & privacy preferences without affecting the outcome.

Don't buy it from The products are useless

The product didn't even work at all didn't even make it back up All my phone or restore anything it was completely useless called a bit of false advertising and they deny a refund
