Limited support for 32 bit Outlook
I have a 13GB OST file which this software says works with "No File Size Limitations". When I contacted their support team via live chat, they said that because my Outlook is 32 bit version, then it is my fault and not their software fault. There was nothing on their buy now or order page or installation steps even after I bought it about this fact and this limitation. I am NOT a techie IT person so why would I know that fact about 32 bit versions being limited?!!
And for the ordinary person, who would even think that somehow the success of this Stellar software requires another program software on my computer to work a certain for a separate file to be converted into another file!!!
The support person then offered that they would manually try to convert my OST file to PST if I would upload my PST file to their company... like who in their right mind would trust sharing their business email OST file with over 3 years of emails and data in it offshore to another Indian company that doesn't even have the integrity to be honest with their product claims and advertising.

As discussed during our conversation yesterday, you confirmed that the conversion of two smaller OST files was successful. However, the application crashes when attempting to process the larger 13GB OST file during the “Save to PST” stage. After reviewing this with our technical team, we would like to provide some clarity and guidance.
We noted that you are currently using 32-bit Microsoft Outlook 2016, which has inherent memory limitations. A 32-bit application can typically utilize only around 2–4 GB of system memory, regardless of the total RAM available. When handling large OST files such as yours, this limitation can lead to instability, crashes, or failure during the PST creation process.
Please note that Stellar Converter for OST relies on Microsoft Outlook components for saving the PST file. Therefore, any limitations within Outlook—particularly those related to memory handling—can directly impact the conversion process.
To ensure smoother processing of large OST files, we recommend using a system with 64-bit Microsoft Outlook installed, as it can better handle higher OST file conversion.
We understand that you may not currently have access to a 64-bit system. We did not force you to share the file. As an alternative, we can assist by securely processing the OST file from our end within our controlled environment. We are also ready to share a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure complete data security and confidentiality.
