Just had my first year service i can't thank the team enough but I really need to mention Beth Gates this lady is outstanding the most friendly and professional lady you could meet .xx

I was impressed by the great service offered by Eniola.He ensured we were greeted when we went to pick up our new car and was cheerful and welcoming.He explained in detail what we needed to know and took us to the car where he set up all the connections. He is phoning soon to see how we are getting on.

My taxi needed a service and it was booked in on tuesday 9th june, i recieved my video of what was right/wrong. Later that day i got a call to say i need 2 new tyres at a cost of £180 each and 2 new bulbs@ £50. They kept my car for the night.
Wednesday 10th june i heard nothing so i called around 1.30 only to be told the man doing the service is ill so it wont be done today😡. I have a job to take customers to the airport at 8 am on thursday but no vehicle what am i supposed to do? I cancelled the job customers i will never hear from again lost £140.
Thursday 11th june update at 08.17 we will be starting your service soon what the fu**, i got a call around 5pm to say it is ready and the cost is £853, i had to pay it to get my car back. How do i go about getting a refund for loss of business?
I will NEVER use them again!!!!

Originally,I didn’t have a very good Peugeot experience when I first bought my new car with the Norton Group. However, these scoundrel's closed and transferred my order to Stellantis which turned out to be a blessing in disguise! Big shout out to Christianne Haswell who dealt with my order very professionally and was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had a very positive customer experience with Stellantis!

From choosing my car on the Stellantis website to driving it off the forecourt, the whole process was smooth and stress‑free.

Just picked up our new car from Stellantis in Hatfield, all such an easy process from beginning to end, made all the better by the lovely Steven, professional, very friendly and knowledgeable. Two very happy customers, would highly recommend.

After a poor service experience yesterday due to staff shortage (which I wasn't told originally or would have been more understanding) I finally got through to a manager. I was listened too and apologised to and this really helped, they understood my frustrations and apologised and rectified my issues. Even getting my car driven back to me as I can’t come to collect now, Some things can’t be helped but if things explained clearer as they have been now this would help. Not a great start but an amazing finish to my service experience kind regards Zoe Jenkins

When i contacted Stellantis and You i was in a very tough situation and stressed, but with the assistance i received with every step by step in purchasing a vehicle made me certain and sure i was in the right place and i received good and friendly customer services from Steven. I would definitely recommend Stellantis and You and good services specifically from Steven

I left a deposit on a car on Saturday and was clearly told it would be delivered on Monday. Despite this, I later found out the car had been sold to someone else on Sunday and collected on Monday.

This means I was either misled or not told the truth, because I was given assurances that were not followed through at all.

I spoke with the manager and the salesperson, Steven, who both made promises that ultimately meant nothing. I relied on what I was told, and now I am left without a car and having to pay for a hire car out of my own pocket.

As someone with a child who has additional needs, this has caused serious stress and disruption. A car is not a luxury for me, it is essential.

Absolutely unacceptable service, very poor communication, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious. I would not trust this company again.

Steven was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. He was not pushy with trying to sell extras and full understood our situation. I would definitely use Stellantis &You and in particular Steve again.

I had my car in for a service and MOT and the experience was excellent.

Tracey and Beth went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. They were communicative, transparent, and genuinely supportive throughout. I felt looked after the entire time, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

It’s clear they really care about their customers, and that makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be returning and would happily recommend them to others.

Steven was amazing and very patient with me while I made sure that the car and the price was right for me.

Every single query I had was answered clearly and Steven checked on every tweak I made rather than tell me it can't be done.
