Despite numerous telephone calls to the south west parts department we still haven’t received the completed quote for our parts pricing request.
It was originally sent on the 19.09.2024 and then again on 30.09.2024.
If Stellantis are unsure or do not want to be our preferred supplier for Peugeot parts please let me know and I will find an alternative supplier.
Ordered a part from the Avonmouth parts hub Thursday. Went o collect Friday and they couldn't find it. They offered to deliver it, then changed their minds and asked my to go back Saturday
Went back Saturday and... They couldn't find it again. How badly organised can a stock room be?
