Noise regulations - Stella Rossa ignore them - serve them a section 60 notice

Contractors have a duty of care to abide by the law of the local authority, for the well-being of the local residents. Stella Rossa deliberately ignore all guidelines and laws regarding weekend works; if contractors in your neighbourhood work outside the strict noise parameters, demand your local council serve a 'section 60 notice' on the contractors - failure to adhere to it is a criminal offence, and it upholds the noise regulations for contractors.
The 24/7 emergency number Stella Rossa advertise also isn't working which makes for an unsafe site.
Together we can halt the noise pollution from inconsiderate contractors who continually destroy any peace a weekend brings.
