Absolutely brilliant company. Massive amount of choice, free delivery over a certain amount which I would absolutely recommend. We've had a few deliveries from DPD and some of the food has gone off as they don't store it as well as Stefs delivery vans so we always buy in bulk and utilise Stefs vans for delivery. Won't get our food anywhere else as why would we with all the choice and options we have. Thank you Stefs for making our first 18 months in our raw journey easy and a massive success!!

Even with the terrible weather Stef and Bear made our delivery, everything we ordered was there and perfectly frozen still. 10/10 thankyou!

Their customer service is brilliant. DHL failed to delivery my frozen food order within the 48 hours allowed to ensure it stays frozen and Stef's immediately offered to send a replacement, even though they cannot be reimbursed by DHL. I've been ordering from them for some time and they've always been extremely helpful

I've been ordering from SPP for several years now and because all has always gone smoothly I've probably just taken it for granted. This week is the first time that we have been let down by the courier (and this is no fault of SPP), who ran out of time to deliver on the Tuesday and then reported the package as damaged and so not out for delivery on the Wednesday. I emailed SPP and had a call almost straight away from Donna (think I have the correct name). Despite it being very close to the courier collection time, Donna arranged a replacement order to be rushed through, so that it was out for delivery on the Thursday. Unfortunately (again, no fault of SPP), the courier again failed to deliver on the Thursday and today (Friday) they have just left it at a random address and I have no idea where. I emailed again and Donna again called back, very apologetic and not impressed with the courier. She has spoken to them and they have said that they will get the driver to collect the package and deliver it correctly. However, as we're not entirely convinced he will actually do this, we also already have a back up plan in place so that if it doesn't arrive today we should still manage to receive another replacement order (using a different courier this time!) before our current supply of food runs out. I think the courier side of things is never easy for raw food suppliers, so I don't blame SPP at all for the issues we have had with them on this occasion, but I can't fault the help I have had from SPP in trying to resolve the issue

I always do a bulk raw food delivery from Stefs, a company that can be relied upon for it to packaged and delivered to my home and arrive still frozen.
Also with Stefs you have an excellent amount of different brands of raw which covers all budgets too.
First class service can be relied upon.

Have used Stefs pantry for the past year to feed my 45kg GSD who has loads of allergies. We’ve tried different companies over the years but Stefs always has a wide range of products and keeps my boy very happy!
The delivery time is also great! And the delivery charge isn’t as astronomical as other sites.

Stefs Pet Pantry are the best, great selection, speedy service, orders have always been frozen solid on arrival, no more bins full of polystyrene with their sheep's wool insulation

I couldn’t recommend Stef’s Pet Pantry enough - lots of variety and amazing customer service.
We had a raw meat delivery on Tuesday which turned out to be a hot 32 degree day in Devon (which is a fair way away without the heat) and it was packaged so well with eco friendly wool liners and ice packs that the free flow mince was still frozen! This wasn’t our first order (and all have been fantastic before) and it most certainly will not be our last.

I’ve been using Stefs Pet Pantry for a while now. I do DIY for my Boston Terrier and I started to use Stefs because of the fantastic choice. Deliveries have always been on time and packaged really well and arrives frozen. I even order a few toys and treats at the same time because the choice is so good. Definitely give this place a try, I’ve always been really impressed.

They have a great choice of products from lots of different suppliers; quick and friendly customer service; and are always thinking about their customers. I live in Cornwall but can't find any better than Stef's Pet Pantry!! Thanks Stef and team!

Stef’s has been great for us ever since we got out miniature schnauzer. From the first visit where we were looking for a tiny harness that fit her properly, the staff have always taken the time to understand what we need and go out of their way to help us. We often stop by here and pick up various brands and flavours of frozen raw dog food, which gives our pooch a varied diet. Can’t praise the place and staff enough. Give them a visit and you will see what I mean!

A company passionate about animals. Have watched the business grow and there's a world of knowledge there for everyone. The range of natural treats is huge with the addition of novel proteins, and plenty of them. Fantastic!
