Steet Ponte Auto Group

Steet Ponte Auto Group. Fraudulent, deceptive and willfully negligent behavior in reference to an initial and subsequent engine repair/replacement that left me permanently injured.

Since we first started to deal with Steet Ponte and Joe Steet himself we have obtained and reviewed all available documentation related to the vehicle repairs in question. Despite the supporting evidence, Steet Ponte Auto Group continues to deny any responsibility for the mechanical failures associated with Repairs #1, #2, and #3 on our 2010 Volkswagen Tiguan. They maintain that each repair was unrelated and deny any liability for the resulting engine failure. In addition, we have received and scoured over a plethora of documents that we did not have until recently. Flagrantly dishonest and deceptive exhibits by Steet's employees. Contradicting and fictional statements. Forged signatures on paperwork, that we have hard copied evidence of never being given to us. This type of evidence continues and is being reported to the NHTSA, New York State AG - Consumer Fraud Bureau, Federal Trade Commision, Automotive Service Excellence and NYS Department of State - Consumer Protection. Previously, we opened a case with the DMV but prior to moving forward, we were asked by our attorney to put it aside. Steet and his legal team are using this as a win but in reality, it was never investigated. As of this date, none of the responsible parties were reprimanded nor terminated. It has been and continues to put into question the safety of any other consumers. We will not take a step down until this has been fully investigated and based on the evidence, adjudicated by the state.
