My package was lost
After nearly a month of contact between yourselves and UPS, nothing was agreed on my claim. I had no proof of delivery apart from UPS tracking website.
Even though this was an issue with UPS, they kept on claiming is had been "Delivered"
I live in my own home. And was accepeted in by "John" at "Reception" Last i looked, i dont have a recpetion in a 3 bedroom house in the UK!
Despite Steel Series trying to find out what went wrong, they did try their best!
I had to buy the product again off Amazon this time which cost me another £270.... I got it next day
And i love the product! I cannot fault it one bit! Definatly worth the money!
If you order from Steel Series website, DO NOT have UPS as delivery!

Dealing with SteeleSeries is a breeze. Had an issue with my gaming headset and it could not have gone smoother. Contacted CS about my headset, and within a week, I was sent a replacement.
Instructions were clear, Mav was really nice & helpful. I'd be happy to recommend.

The idea to have me destroy my headset in order for Steelseries to send out a new one was baffling to me. I was supposed to be without a headset for up to two weeks.
I received my money back, as I was still within the first 2 month or whatever the timeline was. It took quite some time to get my money back.

Had to contact Steelseries due to a faulty mouse that was close to end of warranty. The person who I spoke with (identified as Finnick) was extremely helpful and polite. I got sent new equipment.

I reached support couse I had and still have problem with my Gamebuds. Left bud makes cracking sound when ANC is on and Sidetone dosent work on low, medium settings. We figure it out that's software problem, so Im waiting for an update. But even if problem is still there, customer service was really helpfull and have a lot of paintece with me and my problem that they wanna truely solved, even replace my buds with new ones. Im greatful for that and thank You, Analise. :) I would give You 5 stars, becouse support was so good, but problem is still there. I'm sorry. :( Maybe when update will come out and problem will be fixed.

By earbuds were faulty after a couple months of infrequent use. I reached out to customer service and eventually was told that your policy is to push the responsibility back to the retailer if the product was sold via a 3rd party. It was frustrating. I’m awaiting my replacement pair which I had to buy again after returning the faulty pair for a refund to Amazon and finding the I had no more stock. I had to pay more for the replacement pair. They shouldn’t just been replaced.

After sale service is amazing. I got replacement mouse, which didn't work because of my system. They gave me another expensive mouse and offered to keep the replacement mouse as spare.

Had an issue with the mouse we bought, after a bit of troubleshooting they made a decision to replace like for like. The replacement system worked really well, all done online very quickly and we had a new mouse in 5 days.
