I find booking online via my account…
I find booking online via my account very easy having done it many many times now. For someone doing it for the first time I always feel it’s not totally clear that you have to click the circle on the outward leg to see if it’s available before moving on.

Great experience
I booked my ferrys for me to go over to the IOM for the Classic TT & MGP in August using the Steam Packet App on my tablet. The booking procedure is on a page by page basis. Booking my ferrys was straightforward. No problems , no stress at all. If you miss out any important details it shows up in red at the top of the booking. Payment went through first time

My son, who was helping me, was greatly upset by customers services who he reportedly told me laughed and pulled faces about an enquiry. I did report it and was told that he had perceived it differently how the staff explained it in the enquiry.

Booking process not so clear
Booking process not so clear. Can only pay a deposit for TT 2027 and it’s non refundable but no idea on full cost or even guidance on this years cost. So you either miss out or run the risk and hope you can afford tickets when prices are released.
