After ordering on Wednesday I saw the bad reviews, however received a text which took me to Evri for package tracking. Arrived this morning well packaged and exactly what I had ordered so will definitely use again.

Ordered product , then heard nothing from company regarding delivery . , had to go through paypal to get refund, i think they took money without even haveing stock. Rubbish company

Easy ordering prompt delivery good price , nothing more to say really

First time of dealing with Status Car Care and found them in a net search. I can easily understand why they get such good reviews. Best price I could find for the Autoglym products I could find and the free fast delivery is absolutely first class. Thanks to all the staff for the brilliant work!

Where to begin. Placed an order may 4th, most of my order was “fulfilled” by the 6th May. Ok so far so good, this is where the wheels really fall off!!
May 8th, informed my delivery has arrived. Only TWO of the FOUR items landed. No communication as to why that’s the case. After 2 days of emails and calls to them, which is absolute nightmare to even get a human to speak to you. I finally had someone answer the phone. They inform me only TWO items arrived since one of my items leaked all over the other which is paper and couldn’t be delivered, they would send replacements.
Fast forward another week and only ONE of my TWO items arrive. After stopping work to ring these yet again I did actually speak to a lovely woman called EVAN who was actually helpful and honest which seems a rare experience for these liars. Evan informed me the reason I never received my last item is because they never had any to send out in the first place and didn’t know when any would actually arrive to complete my order.
In summary they lied about the courier damaging a product that didn’t exist. Tell me they’d send another nonexistent item then after 2 weeks get the real answer. So IF you want products you ordered delivered please DON’T use these guys. They’ll take money, not keep you informed, not honest unless they really have to be. Take your money to a trusted and reliable company and get what you actually pay for. My star rating is also false as I want to give ZERO or less but that’s not possible so a generous 1 star it is. On the upside Evan actually arranged a refund for the missing item so thank you Evan.

Have used this company a couple of times now to buy AdBlu for our van. Speedy delivery service and excellent prices. So much cheaper than elsewhere!

Normally 1st class service that somewhat lacked this time. Always well priced and well packed but this time took 7 working days to arrive, they promote 3-5 working days. For some reason (not given) was not dispatched until 6th May when ordered on 30th April, arriving 9th May. Especially as I am only 20 miles away from their base. Disappointing.

Status has a comprehensive range of good quality products including Autoglym at competitive prices. Easy to order online, dispatched and delivered promptly. Excellent service every time 👍

Orderd two items only one turned up, had to chase through paypal.

I ordered a tin of ronseal paint it arrived damaged and leaking every where I sent messages and photos many times and was told I would have 30% refund on 8th April which I have never received and I'm still messaging and resent photos many times avoid this firm as they can't be trusted and stand by what they say!
