Very disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour of this training institute.
They cancelled scheduled weekend class at the last minute — on Friday afternoon — and told me the class would now start the following week. On Tuesday morning, when I called about the First Aid class, I was told clearly that it starts at 9am. After completing the class and going to pay, they told me to come back after LLT. I ended up completing the entire test and waited the whole day until 3pm, only to be told that I could not attend the training because they were “full for Saturday’s class.”
This shows a complete lack of respect for other people’s time. I rearranged my schedule, attended as instructed, did everything they asked, and still was told I couldn’t participate. No communication, no clarity, and no accountability.
The staff were not helpful and came across as dismissive and arrogant. This is by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with any training provider.
Please don’t waste your time or money here. I would not recommend this training centre to anyone.

Spoke to the operator on behalf of my Vietnamese friend. The lady on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE and pushy! Vile woman! A little patience goes a long way for those with English as there second language.
Booked for a forklift licence and name wasn’t on the list so got sent away. No one helped or gave information. Not email sent with information on what to do. Was told at the place he has to do theory test before he come. But no information prior to this!
