DO NOT get a travel sim from these people if visiting Singapore. They are sold in 7-Elevens etc. The sim card is supposed to be valid for 14 days (although the guy in the 7-Eleven told me it was for one month). However the sim expired after 6 days. They have a WhatsApp help desk who were unable to help, and a helpline who also could do nothing to help. Save yourself the hassle and get a Simba sim card instead, or anything except StarHub.

If there is a zero star I would do it. I’ve been a StarHub corporate broadband customer for years. We received a call from one of its channel partners this week to renew the plan, which is expiring in Dec (2-3 months time). All was good during the first call and we understand the package.
That’s when the nightmare started. The company proceed to call me 4-5 times the same day to pressure us to extending the plan. Their message was “sir, give us 2 mins to click the button in the email”. I certainly didn’t have time to even open it let alone read and click anything.
The next day was pretty much the same, more calls and more emails to “click the button as it’s expiring in 5 days”, even though I warned them not to call and that the plan is expiring in Dec, not in 5 days.
More emails followed in the next few days until I called StarHub directly to say I’m not working with this partner and that if the next call or email came then there will be a “cease and desist” letter to them.
This is how they treat an existing customer.

If I can give zero star, I would! I am supposed to be receiving a delivery today for my device, I have waited til nothing. I have feedback to their customer service about my concern. And also agent cannot answer why I never received notification or message that the device is not possible to be delivered due to discrepancy of address! Then At least should have taken action right away and can settle right away. As of this moment my case hasn’t been settled. Very lousy! Terrible! I put the specified date of delivery coz I have some plans to attend to! But then this happened??

I having my wifi connection issue for passed 3 weeks.
I went down to compass one StarHub store and told them regarding my wifi network issue, the retail staff called me he cannot do anything and push to go call StarHub line 1633 to check.
After that I called 1633 and one of the technician name Sakon told me that my problem can be settle by today and need me to called in again by today due to I at outside she unable to check my wifi doubter issue. And promised said my problem can be settle by today.
Around 7pm, I called in again. Waited for almost half an hour just wait for the technician answer the called. The technician answered the called ( name Lexi ) call me unplug and plug back. Wait another 20 mins.
After that just told me need tomorrow then they call me again to ratify the issue again! And not sure can settle by tomorrow or not!!
What the hell the service!! Is it the StarHub service and technician so unprofessional now!!!

I’m writing to complain about the service StarHub offers.
I recently ordered the new iPhone 16 Pro Max and it is due to arrive from 9 am to 1 pm today but I did not get it. I contacted the StarHub helpline and they did not help at all.
The people on the live chat was very defensive and did not provide simple information that I asked for. I am just waiting for my phone to arrive and I did not get a heads-up that they would be late.
Highly recommended not to buy online despite the wait.

StarHub used to be good. Now plans are more pricey and connections just nonsense. The increase in price doesn’t justify the products given what more the service provided. You call in to ask for solution but they are practically not helpful at all.

Ongoing Issue With StarHub - Poor Customer Support

Alas, I am still not able to connect to a network while travelling in Australia.
I received an update from StarHub on Wednesday 28th. Again, the update was "There is no update. Tech Support need another 3 working days to investigate."
I contacted Customer Support today (Friday 30th) to find out if any progress has been made. No surprise, Tech Support are still working on the issue. The Customer Support Officer will escalate. Really? How many times can you escalate an issue?
It should not be this difficult for StarHub to determine if it is a network issue or the replacement SIM card they issued does not work properly.
Think twice before you give your business to StarHub.

Rude StarHub Customer Service
Very bad experience with StarHub customer service on 27 Aug 2024 at about 1 pm, I called to said I cannot watch StarHub channels as usual they will tell you to power on and power many many times and still don't work so the lady said next appointment is on 07 Sep. I told her the date is too long and she hung up the line. I knew she pretended that she cannot hear me but I can hear her. I kept hello hello then line terminated. If there was line interruption she would have call me back but she did not.
This is the first time StarHub Customer service hung up the call.
