Sorry it's taken me so long

Sorry it's taken me so long.
A great company. My experience was brilliant and Starhide have provided an excellent customer focused service. My wife purchased a leather wallet for me as a Christmas present. Sadly within a couple of months I noticed that some of the stitching was working loose. We contacted the company and within a week I had a brand new replacement wallet. The old one will benefit someone via the local charity shop. Thank you Starhide. An impressive service. MJ Hall

Concern Resolved

Further to my below review. I have been contacted by StarHide and my complaint has been resolved. I have therefore provided a higher star rating.

I placed an order with StarHide on the 16th July and received confirmation for the purchase of a leather card holder. Delivery in a few days. Thereafter, I received the Royal Mail tracking link. I have not received the goods. I have e-mailed StarHide Customer Services to advise of none delivery; received no reply or acknowledgement.

Ironically, I have received from StarHide a request to review the sale on this Forum. I have checked my order number on their web site, it states: ‘Your order is confirmed We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready’. I have also checked the Post Office tracker and they have not received the goods for delivery to myself.

StarHide – you have taken my money, not sent the product; please refund ……………
