Their form of communication is terrible. Ended up turning up for a house viewing appointment that had been confirmed through text and email only to arrive to the owners completely oblivious and confused of our arrival. Would recommend using another estate agents if you are trying to sell your house. Dread to think what else they’re dropping the ball on.
If you want a positive experience AVOID this company. Started well but they cannot tell the difference between a 4 bed 2 baths home and a 3 bed 1 bath home so struggling with the basics! Very Poor communication, we had to ask for updates, which were poor and contained errors.
For a small local company you would expect a much better service, with better attention to detail. especially given staff members with ‘many’ years experience . Feeling very let down that they cannot comprehend what good service looks like, definitely some training required here! Don’t be taken in with the pre-sales chat of what you will receive in terms of service, what they say and what they deliver are very different in our experience.Extremely disappointed!

They are patient, knowledgeable and experienced. There’s is no one else I’d trust my biggest asset with, Stanifords eliminated the bad rep estate agents have and restored my faith in the profession.
Stanifords are an excellent estate agent. Their staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to resolve any issue that may arise. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely be using them again
