We were lucky enough to buy our new Stancliffe home after it came back on the market very close to building works being completed. Not sure I could have coped with buying off plan as I was so excited to move in! From the moment we were shown round, we knew it would be our forever home. We had never wanted or considered a new build, but fell in love with it immediately. The build quality is top notch and the few minor snags have been sorted quickly. The whole process was great and Lynne couldn't do enough to help with any questions we had before we moved in. Julie has continued the amazing customer service after we moved in. We could not be happier with our home and would not hesitate to recommend Stancliffe Homes.

Purchasing our new Thornham design from Stancliffe Homes was one of the best decisions we have made.
The design of the property maximises every square inch of space on multiple levels.
The build exudes quality and craftsmanship throughout.
The opportunity to work directly with the kitchen supplier to create our vision and choice of appliances and ditto for fitted wardrobes, with each having direct responsibility for installation – master stroke.
Even buying off plan was brilliantly and personally managed by Lorraine – from the first get together to moving in around 9 months later, communication was excellent, finalising our choices painstakingly dealt with (including in progress changes), always patient always with a smile.
The handover process was super special too. On the day before completion, we were greeted by a director, the site manager and Julie from the after sales team. Despite a few minor issues pointed out to us, we were in awe of our new home.
Of course, no new home is perfect but the attention from Julie and Midge post completion has been tip top. Every minor issue raised has been judiciously dealt with.

Cannot fault Stancliffe in any way. All their staff are amazing, helpful. efficient and friendly - nothing is too much trouble for them.
The standard of finish on the house is amazing and feels and looks solid and well built - not your average new build!
Any snags, and there have been very few and only minor, are sorted out immediately and to a high standard.
Cannot fault them and would highly recommend!

We've recently purchased a house from Stancliffe Homes from their last development in Forest Town, The Acorns, and we couldn't be happier with the entire process which from start to finish was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations.

Lorraine, the site's sales manager, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout the entire process by providing clear guidance and kindly answering to all the questions we had.
Lorraine was straightforward and honest, making sure that we've understood every step, with no surprises or hidden fees along the way. Lorraine has handled the entire process with professionalism and full transparency.

The build's quality is top-notch, with great attention to details and quality craftsmanship.

We have recently moved into our new Stancliffe home on Sherwood Fields Bolsover, and we are blown away with the level of perfection.

We purchased off plan about 2 years ago and eagerly waited for the property to be built.

From paying the reservation fee to moving in, the sales manager was first class. Lorraine guided us through the whole process, putting us at ease and has always kept us well informed, right up to move day.

Lorraine made the whole process totally stress free and she is the most honest and genuine sales person I've ever come across. A totally wonderful person.

The quality of the build and overall finish is breathtakingly superb!!

On moved in day, we walked around the property with Julie the Aftercare Manager to see if there were any snags or problems, and they had already pulled things we wouldn't have noticed.

We were then contacted 2 weeks after moving in by Julie to ask if we'd found anything else we weren't happy with. Hand on heart, the snags were miniscule and were dealt with very quickly. Julie's attention to detail is phenomenal.

The site manager Nigel is a credit to Stancliffe as his standards are exceptional. He stands for nothing but immaculate build quality, from the contractors he uses.

If you have any questions or queries, Nigel is always there to give help or advice if needed, regarding anything to do with the property. Nigel is super friendly and always makes himself readily available too.

We would not hesitate in buying another Stancliffe home due to the sheer level of professionalism, perfection, and pure quality.

Which other builder uses the best quality products as standard? I can tell you none!!!

Every person we've come into contact with who works for Stancliffe homes have just been wonderful.

When buying a stancliffe home, you feel like you own a Rolls Royce of the New build property market, and therefore, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stancliffe home to our family or friends.

We purchased a house in the Bolsover development and are very pleased with the property. The design is great and, unlike most new homes, includes a generous amount of storage. The standard features and appliances are very comprehensive with few added extra costs.
This is not our first new build, and we used a professional snagging company for an initial inspection before we moved in. The company said this was one of the best properties they had inspected, with only a few minor snags. All of the snags have been addressed quickly and professionally.
The ladies running the sales and aftersales have been great and have been very helpful and professional.

I have now moved in, it’s been a long journey but with the help and support from Lorraine who is an asset to the company, it has been trouble free. The build quality is excellent internally and externally. I would highly recommend Stancliffe Homes nothing is too much trouble. Thankyou

After living in a period home for several decades, I was dubious about purchasing a new build. Furthermore, I looked at a number of the new builds in the area and was appalled at the quality of many of the houses. At a time when I was about to give up and go back to the drawing board, I stumbled across Stancliffe Homes. What an amazing turn of events. I can honestly say that the experience of dealing with Stancliffe from the very beginning through to the first few months of occupying a house, which I bought off plan, has been nothing short of excellent. I simply can’t fault the company. I’ve also spoken to many third parties and trades people who deal with Stancliffe and each and everyone of them have said what a great company they are. The snagging list was minor and everything was sorted very quickly. The quality of the homes is a cut above the rest in my personal opinion. I’m particularly grateful to Lorraine, the sales manager who did a great job of looking after me right through to completion. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another Stancliffe home if I was looking to move again.

We've just taken ownership of a Windsor bungalow on the Sherwood Fields site. I can't praise Lorraine, the sales agent, enough. She has guided us through a very thorough sales process to create our forever home. The design, build and finish are excellent using beautiful materials like Porcelanosa tiles. Nothing is forgotten from the paved drive to the Ring doorbell and even the door number. We can't recommend Stancliffe Homes highly enough.

We bought the show home from Stancliffe, after looking at roughly 6 other local developers. The standard of finish, room sizes (proportion), numerous standard items that came as standard instead of extras and how beautiful the properties are, meant that there was no competition with all other developers in the area.
On top of this, I could not recommend the service enough to anyone looking to purchase from them. My last property was a new build from a different developer and the service was none existent. With Stancliffe, they actually treat you as an individual and go above and beyond, every single person we have spoken to at the company has been amazing - especially Lorraine who helped massively with the whole process.
We cannot thank Stancliffe enough as we settle into our beautiful new home.

Our new Stancliffe Home at Wingerworth, Chesterfield has far exceeded our dreams and expectations. Our first meeting with Stancliffe promised us the home of our dreams and they have not disappointed, the Stancliffe team from start to finish could not do enough to make our home purchase as exciting and pain free as possible. The sales staff were wonderful, the site manager could not do enough for us and more importantly the Directors were a joy to deal with in these difficult times because to COVID restrictions. Due to the COVID situation, various problems popped up, Stancliffe Homes helped us through these, showing a understanding to their customers needs. We can not fault our new home quality, built to the highest of standards with top of the range appliances. If anyone asked me would I recommend Stancliffe Homes I would have no problem in telling them they are a outstanding company, building superior homes with a passion for delivering quality.

We purchased a house on Oak Tree Park in Shireoaks from Stancliffe homes in October 2020 and couldn’t be happier with our new home. Buying a house isn’t the easiest of experiences at times but Lorraine in the sales office did everything she could to make things stress free. Our journey was very up and down due to being in a chain/covid 19 and multiple solicitors that were not the best at communicating. She was as invested in making sure that everything went as smooth as possible as much as we were, we truly felt like she cared and wanted to make sure we had everything we wanted. I would like to thank Lorraine for everything she did for us, even now nothing is too much trouble and I could phone her up if I needed anything at all. Stancliffe went the extra mile for us and unlike a lot of builders allowed us to add personalised extras to our home ahead of ‘exchange’ such as a base for our hot tub. On moving day they also assisted us in lifting it over the wall into the garden. Stancliffe were also really understanding when our exchange date passed the agreed deadline and where most builders would have pulled the reservation they worked with us and gave us reassurances. Nothing was too much trouble and yes we do have some snagging to be done but everything is in hand and overall we feel the build quality is a very high standard. All of our bathrooms etc have high quality materials used in them and as standard with the purchase the specification is great. One of the things we love about our new home is the garden size, a lot of new builds now do not have very big gardens or they can feel cramped and Stancliffe haven’t built these homes like that. Our garden size matches the house size and is very generous. Another lovely thing is the size of the estate, there are not too many homes and there is that feeling of a small village community which we love. Thank you Stancliffe Homes!

Several months ago we decided to purchase a new home off plan from a local builder. We were a little nervous as the last time we bought off plan, many years ago, the process was anything but straight forward. Our new home is now completed and we are about to collect the keys and I feel that I must commend Stancliffe Homes for the excellent way that they have kept us up to date and the high quality of their build both internally and externally.
In the light of the recent bad publicity regarding larger builders and their diabolical build quality it's refreshing to find a builder who does really provide excellent quality.
