For the most part I like the service but this last "update" is terrible. I plan to call in and see if I can get the old system back. With the old system I could bring up the program in the morning,... See more

glitchy crap does not work normally. Also, the MF steal money from customers, by increasing the shipping prices AFTER the item properly measured and weighted. DO NOT USE.

I love Stamps.com
Because I can choose what type of stamp I'm going to send to certain people. I don't use many stamps now days but I still prefer to use
Stamps.com. because it's special.
Plus I don't have to go to the Post Office.
I detest going to the Post Office.
So it's a win win for me.

We stopped using stamps.com just a few weeks after creating the account because we were receiving charges to our credit cards that didn't match any of our payments. Although we stopped using the service, stamps.com continued to charge our credit card for hundreds of dollars at a time, stating that the charges were for shipment "adjustments". However after recreating each of these shipments that were mysteriously "adjusted", we were able to confirm that stamps.com was incorrect about the "adjustments". We even recreated the shipments in another shipping platform to confirm this. When confronted with these issues stamps.com scriptedly writes "if you would like to dispute the adjustments complete this process". Of course after completing the "process" a response is never received. This continuously happened time after time until we were forced to close the account. stamps.com never responded to a single dispute. We filed a chargeback against the most recent theft of funds by stamps.com. However even after you close your account, stamps.com will not allow you to remove your credit card information from their system. They need to keep the payment information on file unless there are any further "adjustments" that need to be made to previous shipment. How in the world can a company this big get away with theft like this? Any open class-action lawsuits against stamps.com at the moment? Please let me know, I'm in! Stay away from this one people!

I cannot stand companies that have you subscribe to a service then make it impossible to cancel. We wrote to Stamps.com on July 16th to cancel. They replied on August 6th, the exact day of the subscription renewal, just so they could charge us one more month. Some sneaky crap going on there. They will never get my business back. I tried to respond to Stamps.com requesting additional information, but my response disappeared and I can't do anything but edit this review. They can try and contact me again. This is a legitimate purchase and screenprints are available.

The person who assisted me (Mary, I think) was excellent. Any questions she couldn't answer, she got the answer; then she assisted me through the process. She also made sure my issues were handled promptly. Mary deserves a raise. She should be the person training your business's representatives.

Absolutely horrific customer service. There is no email option and no reliable chat system, so you're stuck on the phone for hours with zero resolution and zero accountability in sight. Do yourself a favor and skip the headache entirely, go with Pirate Ship instead. It's free and it actually works.

The labels I ordered could not be sent to a post office box. The labels never arrived at the street address and were sent back to the warehouse. I am waiting on a the warehouse to document that they labels were returned. Until then, there is no credit and this is over $40 worth of product. I was offered a free month of subscription for the service, however, I have no labels in which to use the service.

Stamps.com makes it so much easier for me and my business. No long lines to stand in; easy to order supplies, etc.
Only issue I have is stopping a subscription to the flat-rate priority envelopes. Still trying to figure that out. Otherwise, love stamps.com

Your service is extremely easy to use. Very simple to print up stamps and use the scale for packages. Couldn't be any simpler.
