I ordered a prom dress for my daughter's Year 13 prom from Stacees and cannot rate this company high enough. Fantastic customer service from the start - checking the merasurements from the start to ensure correctness, even giving me a retrospective discount from a code had forgotten to enter when initially ordering the dress. Keeping me updated on the status of my order with regular emails. The dress arrrived well ahead of the scheduled delivery date and was absolutely stunning. My daughter was literally belle of the ball and everyone complemented the dress and asked where she had got it from. 5 stars!! Absolutely fantastic company.

Arrived quickly! Well made and just so pretty. I am really happy. The price was great too. I was hesitant about ordering my dress online and not going to a shop but I’m pleased I did.

Custom sized bridesmaid dress, the company double checked dmy measurements before making it. Shipping was quick and the dress is of great quality. Would definitely use again.

My daughter just wore the dress last Sunday. I am more than satisfied with it and even arrived few days early.

My daughter really liked the dresses on the website site. When looking i was impressed by the reasonable prices and the bespoke to fit options. Even the bespoke fitting was a reasonable price. After ordering the dress arrived in good time. On arrival she tried it on, it was a good quality and well made. The fit was perfect. She wore an under skirt for extra volume during her prom but it would have been fine without it too. It was a really good experience all round and we were both very impressed.

Delivered on time, custom measurements were bang on! Quality, look, materials were all as advertised and the dress was absolutely beautiful. My girl had the perfect prom dress she always wanted

Beautiful dresses at affordable prices..true to size..information given all the time as product on the way to be delivered..arrived in great condition inside protective bag..aftercare information given before and after delivery..definitely will use this company again 😀

Pay heed to the bad reviews on this company.
They won’t allow returns or refunds.
They have offered an insulting amount to remove my truthful review otherwise they would not accept my return.
They are thieves.

Amazing service, had a dress custom made for my daughter and it was more beautiful in real life that the picture, great quality. Arrived faster than expected and delivery was super. Would recommend to anyone, and the service was best I have had!

BEWARE of this company, we ordered a wedding dress when it arrived it was tiny I ordered a size 12 it was more like size 8, I contacted the company to return but they kept offering me Money off another dress and said I could sell the other one on. 4days and I threat to report to trading standards before I then got a returns address. They took payment for the dress on 01.05.26. We continually contacted them for a refund but the only way they’d refund us was for my negative review to be taken down. My refund went into my bank 12.07.26.

My worst online shopping experience!! Dress was of good quality but no good to me. The website advertised a worry-free returns process which was not followed through. Instead I was offered options for a partial refund to keep a dress which did not fit or to pay an additional amount to have another dress size sent to me. Plus the delay tactics in responding to my messages. I would give less than one star if I could.

Absolute scam of a business. Don't order. Returns are impossible and the dresses rip when used.

Ordered a dress from here for my daughter's prom. The dress is beautiful, very well made and from the date of order, came with in 2 weeks. It's very good quality and fit her really well, so the sizing for the UK is correct. I was kept up to date regularly with the order and would highly recommend.
