I am very happy with the dress. I bought it for the prom of my daughter. I measured were spot on. It was exactly as I expected, and my daughter loves it. The quality is lovely, and I am very satisfied with both the dress and the service I received.

I will definitely buy another dress from you in the future.

I initiated a return via email on the 23rd July 2026. Bear in mind that there is a 14 day return window. I told them over email that I am locked out of my account and there is no way for me to log back in to start a return, therefore I asked them to start the return from their side and send me a label/return instructions. I have yet to receive an appropriate response. I have twice been told to log in, eventhough I told them that I CANT! The password reset option does not work, and I cannot register for an account using the same email address I used.

I have a dress that needs returning immediately and they are taking very long getting back to me. I’m really frustrated at the lack of comprehension.

UPDATE: DESPITE my previous review and MOST RECENT EMAIL, they are still giving me the same responses and using DELAY TACTICS so that I can’t return my product. I’ve ESCALATED THIS to PAYPAL. Very scammy behaviour. They have absolutely no morals and want to steal your money.

Very happy with the prom dress. Colour, size and quality met my expectations.

Didn’t even want to give it 1 star!!! Stay away from buying from these guys. I emailed before buying a dress for my daughter and asked if it was possible to return if I was not happy. I was told yes no problem…. When I tried to return it I was told it would cost me a lot and I would have to pay customs. They offered me a partial refund instead. I am so annoyed as this is not what I was told!!!! I bought this dress in April and after emailing a number of times I have STILL not received my refund. This is not on and they still have my money. I will be taking it further!!! Bunch of crooks….

This company presents itself as a U.S.-based business, but my experience was that all customer service and returns were handled through China.

They claim every dress is custom made to order, but based on my experience, I have serious doubts about that. Communication was extremely slow, with responses often taking several days.

When I requested a return, they repeatedly made excuses to avoid accepting it and even suggested that I sell the dress myself. After a lengthy back-and-forth, they finally agreed to a partial refund—but only if I paid the return shipping, duties, and any associated fees to ship the dress back to China. By the time you factor in those costs, returning the item is hardly worth it.

If you're considering ordering from this company, make sure you understand their return policy before purchasing. My experience was frustrating from start to finish, and I would not buy from them again.

**** Of course they respond trying to make it seem like they care about their customers. Ive never had a legitimate online seller tell me to "try and sell it myself". Seriously? Youre a factory in China charging way too much for subpar clothing and making it sound like its custom so you can try to use deceptive return polices to discourage people from returning the terrible clothing. Do better as a company, treat customers fairly and you wont have the laundry list of complaints, just scroll down*****

My daughter needed a full length prom dress. As she is quite short most dresses would be too long but with Stacey's I was able to send in measurements and it fit perfectly. Very quick service and the dress was beautiful. Lots of colours to choose from.

The dress that I purchased was a relatively good priced dress especially with the additional fee for tailoring. It arrived before it was scheduled to arrive and it was nicely packaged. However the tailored dress fit me like a glove in the best way. I definitely recommend Stacees.

From the moment we ordered was well I formed about the order and step by step instructions how to measure was brilliant would definitely order again the quality of the dress is excellent 👌

Bought a dress for my daughters prom and I cant fault anything..comunication was fast and helpful..
Material wasn't flimsy, and her dress which had alterations done fitted her perfectly.

I got dress from Stacees - size wrong, terrible quality, smell of glue from the corset.
I send my ticket to get address where to send dress back and to get my money back(182 pounds price of the dress), i needed to buy new dress ASAP, i started getting absolutely rude emails from Juna - "We will send you 32 pounds refund and keep the dress" on what of course i said no, dress still with tags,bags and its never been worn.
3rd day they not sending me address and dont want to give me my money back. Never ever again i would purchase from them.

I ordered two dresses that were not made to the measurements/specification advertised. I contacted Stacees immediately, but instead of resolving the issue, and giving me the address to return too, they spent weeks trying to persuade me to keep the dresses by repeatedly increasing their refund offer per dress of (£20, £30, £40, £50 and finally £66).
Turns out the reason they’re doing this is because the return address is in China!!

After accepting £66, they only refunded one dress and then refused to refund the second, despite it being exactly the same issue. They also tried to rely on their 14-day return policy, even though I had raised the complaint within that period and the delays were caused by their repeated negotiations.

The whole experience felt like delay tactics rather than genuine customer service. I would never buy from Stacees again and cannot recommend them. Absolutely awful!!! And will ensure I tell everyone to stay away from this website

Fantastic service since day one, very helpful and friendly! I bought my dress at the very last minute and they provided a super fast service and delivery. The quality of the dress is amazing and the dress is beautiful itself! I had lovely complements from everyone! Highly recommend, thank you so much!

The order was simple but I was sceptical about ordering from this company as reviews were not brilliant but I must say I ordered two dresses and they were of great quality and fit really well the making of the dress was excellent very impressed I would order again..the downside was it take a while to arrive but arrived in nice bags very impressed

I love the dress, It fits perfectly and I have 100% recommended stacees to all my family and friends for present or future experiences with the company.

My daughter looked like a princess on her prom day. Dress is beautiful perfectly 👌 made. Worth the price. Nicely packaged. Arrived on time stated. Good quality. Suited her perfectly. I would recommend to anyone who wants to buy it.

If you are in the UK think twice about ordering from this company. This is not a UK based company despite having a UK official website. If the garment purchased is unsuitable, poor quality or faulty, as was the bridesmaids dress we ordered, even with photos showing the faults , they are very reluctant to accept a return and if they do they will only accept the returns being sent to China at a cost of £50, as they say they do not have a UK based warehouse. Costly return to China was the only option given or purchase another dress for a further cost.
Even if you purchased this on a credit card for protection, think again, if the item is under £100 you cannot make a a section 75 claim.
Avoid ordering from this site it is another Chines scam.
