R9000 paid to fix my fridge, it never functioned after they claimed to have fixed it. When I complained they promised to come fix the problem never did. Never ever use this company again. I wish there is a way to upload my conversation with the owner of the company who is also the so called technician technician
I requested a dishwasher repair from SSQ Tech Appliance Repairs (Pty) Ltd on 10 December 2025 for a dishwasher drain pump. I received quotation number 12503567 for R2,180, and paid a 70% deposit of R1,526 via EFT on the same day. The booking confirmation was timestamped 10.12.2025 at 09:20:02.
I was advised that the repair and installation would be completed within one week of payment. This did not happen.
After payment, I had to follow up on numerous occasions via calls and messages. Despite these repeated follow ups, the service was never delivered and the part was never installed. I have an audit trail of calls and messages showing continued attempts to resolve the matter.
By late January 2026, my trust in the service provider had broken down due to ongoing non delivery. During this period, I was repeatedly advised that repayment would be made, however these promises were not fulfilled, and no refund has been received to date.
I am currently out of pocket and still had to pay another service provider to repair the dishwasher at a far cheaper rate than SSQ Tech Repair (Pty) Ltd. I am sharing this experience to inform other consumers that they are not reliable, continuous lies without any service delivery
