Managing Director needs to go on a customer service course
I'd been left an answer-message to ring S&R Surveyors which I duly did, albeit @5.15 p.m.
A male answered the phone with an abrupt "hello". I was taken aback by this as I thought I was ringing a company and didn't know if I'd rung the correct number? After some mumbling by this person I asked to whom I was speaking with, to which he replied Paul Davis and no sooner had he finished speaking than he immediately asked rather defensively and aggressively "and who am I speaking to?".
I said I had introduced myself at the beginning of the phone call. To my surprise I later discovered I had been speaking with the Managing Director of this company?
