SR-Skincare Reviews 

Like other reviewers, I was wary about ordering - but recieved my order, although a bit late due to covid. I understand some other customers have had bad experiences but I personally wouldn't hesitate to order again, especially as they have such a large choice or products.

Having purchased good products before now I had no reason to believe there would be a problem. Ordered in June, as they said they were 'open', took my money and not delivered, along with quite a few more people's orders it would seem. Not answering to phone calls, emails or FB messages. Very disappointed. Do not order unless you have money to loose...

I was a bit wary following all the reviews regarding delivery, as a I am new customer. However, there were no issues and I received my parcel within 5 working days. So very impressed with service. I am yet to try the products though.

1 MONTH WAITING AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER i.e. Order #7043 4TH fEB on sr-skincare.uk .I HAVE SENT MORE THAN 10 EMAILS AND NO REPLY YET,WHAT IS HAPPENING? i have been a customer of this company since it was first started under the forever young brand

I have been using Sr skincare products for several years and have no intention to switch to a different brand. Price are affordable and my skin looks stunning. They have everything I need.

Terrible company - don’t waste your cash/

Complained as I was sent a faulty product with no means to dispense. They advised they I could send it back at my own expense but I was wrong (I would like to say they decided I was wrong before seeing the product at all). I explained the customer service I received was shocking and then at 2.30am received the below email from the manager Sharon Reed. Can only presume Sharon is a bit boozy and had already had the wine she mentions below seeing as she sent something so abusive to a customer. Very professional....

“LMFAO - Fascinating to hear that you work in customer service - I can only assume you must be pretty lousy at your job! I hope to Christ you didn't go on a customer service course because they've utterly failed to teach you correctly and whoever paid for the course should demand a refund. Mind you, as they say, you can't polish a t*rd!

If all your communications with your customers were as rude and hostile as your communications to us then you'd better start looking for a new job. Perhaps the prison service is recruiting? You've certainly got the personality and charm to be a screw.

Oh and please feel free to complain to as many others as you can. We're so busy we could do with a drop in sales and I could do with a break.

Fortunately the vast majority of our customers know how to communicate in a reasonable and friendly manner - you might like to try that approach sometime.

Oh and that useless product? 2,000 units sold in 2 years - not so useless eh? And seeing as how you won't be returning the product and so won't get a refund I'll put your payment towards a reasonable bottle of wine - cheers!”

I have been using this company for over 5 years and I have never had an issue. Great products at very fair prices (especially when you compare to other companies.) A family business which may have their busy periods and be a bit slower at these times than the likes of the huge companies with hundreds of staff working for them. lovely to deal with always and apart from a few issues with Royal Mail deliveries NOT SR as they were dispatched on time, I am delighted to recommend them

I had the same exeprience as others have described- my order never arrieved. Fortunately I used pay pal and they were forced to pay back my money.
After two month the shop received the missing parcel back, and now they write me hateful mails, becaus they were had to pay me back my money, and now are angry about having paid the postage???
They clearly doesnt understand the obligations of having an online business.

Don't know why there are so many bad reviews? I'm an international buyer and orders have came to me super fast every time, even with nice extras included. For example, with toner came cotton pads and with face mask in a jar, spatula. I'm very strict what comes to the ingredients in cosmetics and absolutely love their stuff. Super ingredients, pleasant on the skin and extremely affordable. I've changed my skincare products only to sr and the ordinary.

I placed an order with this website on 27/07/17.
I have received NOTHING!
I've contacted them several times and they said that it seemed like the order has been lost and they would have to wait for my order to be returned to them before they can make a decision. I had been waiting till October 17th but haven't received anything. Them I've contacted the shop again and they said that they shipped the order on 18/9/17 and if it is not delivered it should be returned to them from the Post Office.I asked for a proof of mailing and got the following response: "We do not have proof of postage as it was not registered.Our practice is that we do not send a replacement until the original has been returned to us."
I'm still waiting for my order or refund.
I believe the DO NOT ship ANYTHING.
DO NOT waste your time and money with this store!
