My site is not searchable and I cannot figure out why. I can’t find any help on your site that I haven’t tried or makes any sense and feel like Squarespace lacks support. They would redirect you to elsewhere than allow you to contact the. To answer the question. Not as user-friendly as I would like.

Has to be the worst layout and interface out there; it's unbelievably bad. This is the first review I've ever left, and after weeks of using squarespace i am so passionate about my hatred for it that I had to write something.

The site is very complicated to use and unless you have a good understanding about website development and design it is very difficult to get the best out of it in terms of getting your website built and working. I am still struggling with this process and because of this, it’s taking me longer to launch my website than it should

I had a very stressful issue with my domain SORA-SABA.COM, and at one point I thought I had lost access to it completely. The Squarespace support team guided me through the verification and recovery process and helped transfer the domain back to my account.
Although the process took some time, the team remained professional, patient, and helpful throughout. Special thanks to Han and the support staff for reviewing my case, explaining the required steps clearly, and ensuring my domain was successfully recovered and verified.

The customer support was just super helpful proposing good solutions without me needing to ask for them.

It took way too many steps to be connected to a human for customer support. I don't want to talk to a computer or AI for specific questions and this incident unfortunately made me lose trust in Squarespace despite having been a consistent customer for over 14 years.
