Not the most reliable company

Not the most reliable company. You may think ur getting a bundle and ur not. You may think if ur gps stops working you will get another and you won’t. They want ur money and don’t offer much service in return.

I ordered the device with extended…

I ordered the device with extended battery and magnetic case and etc. I had this device before and it worked well for me. When the new package came in the device did not work at all. I chatted back and forth with the tech support and they gave me several option to try to make it work but no luck. the tech support was awesome. they even responded to my email until mid night. I was shocked they were responding. if it wasn't for exchange hassle or return I would have given them 5 stars because of the exceptional support tech. they wouldn't send me replacement until I sent them the device. couldn't get in touch with anyone on the phone. no number on website. they kept telling me to send it first before I get replacement. so I did a full return for everything and placed a new order for just the device. if they would have done retune they would have made $250 versus just $50 for device. their loss not mine.
