Told me a price and then I paid then asked for more money. When I refused they ghosted me. Would not refund my money. Pleaseeeeeee do not use this company if your looking for honesty and need a job done

It does not worked with iphone 13 after trying it many ways. When I asked for my refund as app was not working as it should be... They don't me to get a refund that was on 12 months. Please look to an other alternative. Save money from this...

Terrible! Got the iCloud Credentials flagged and locked! Didn’t get refund. Got no support

Horrible!! They are a scam!! Will not fix issues and give you the run around without answering your questions. It's been over a week and they keep saying that the account will be updated as soon as my backup on phone updates in 48-72 hours which is a lie! They will not refund your money! Stay AWAY from this so called business!

Nobody is here for you to get you a refund. Horrible customer service they just want to steal your money I guess trying 5 days and nothing happens..

After buying the software not working at all. Contact customer support they said some one email you not recieved any email. try lots of time no answer. They only respone when you buy product, after that they ignore you.

I bought it and it couldn't access an iphone i had temporary access to since it has two factor authentication. I told them and they sent me another link that would work. Indeed, I started a "session" and it connected to the phone's icloud but the "sessions" expired (totally unpractical, since I will soon have no physical access to the iphone) before I could see anything from the iphone. I renewed those "sessions" continually and I still didn't see any picture or message from that iphone. I asked for a refund and it was denied with the excuse "I wasn't collaborating". I only was given the option to cancel my subscription or renew it instead of getting customer support. So, my advise is to check if the iphone you want to spy on has two factor authentication before signing up to spymaster pro.

STAY AWAY. Horrible support. False advertisement. They say you can monitor every messenger app, that´s not true. When I asked for a refund within their 10 day policy, they would keep stalling me, but no money was given back. STAY AWAY.

I think it is not good. I bought it three days ago and so far it is not working. I have sent more than seven messages to technical support, and still dose not work as this message still appears "Something went wrong try later"
 I hope to get refund.

First of all I will strongly not recommended this company SPyMaster to any of you.
More then month I was chatting with their agent I asked him if there is free trial he said no but I can refund my money within 14days so I subscribed premium plan means all applications with calls and texts for 3months 135$ first day I got contacts and calls only without any applications second day the same without update third and forth the same, so I asked my money back because I wasn't satisfied and still but no reply, after 2weeks they told me will return 70% after week they said the will refund 30% so far I didn't receive any money beside I didn't use the service and Im really disappointed I wasn't expect this kind of service so I don't recommended to anybody.

I would not recommend this company. Their customer service is terrible. They only want to communicate through email. The phone number on the website is fake and does not work. I bought a years subscription and then found out my I phone 6 would not work with the program. If you have a two factor authentication on your phone it will not work and two factor cannot be disabled regardless of what they say.
I contacted them and argued back and forth for days with them through email.
They said the fact that my phone wouldn't work was not their problem. They would not refund my subscription.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I had a wonderful relationship with my girlfriend for two years. But then I got a job on the other end of the city, and we met less after that. It turned out that she was chatting about her frustration with her ex-boyfriend. I calmly confronted her, and she was apologetic. I decided to leave my job to work on our relationship.

My daughter was almost a model student, but it all changed when I got her mobile as she turned 15. She was on these social media sites, stay awake late, and started falling behind in school. I chanced upon Spymaster Pro and tried it. It turns out that she was being pressured to be on-line chatting by her classmates. I had a calm talk with her one Sunday and put a phone in my room during certain hours. Iam quite relieved.

I had a nagging suspicion on my wife for quite some time. I guess, it's been about two months since she had started behaving weirdly around me. She started hiding her phone from me, and going on office tours for longer period of time than her job entailed. I came across this ad for Spymaster Pro and decided to give it a try. It turns out she was having an affair with a colleague at her work. This wasn't happening for the first time either, I just didn't notice it. I decided to end it with a formal notice.

They stole my money before I bought the suscripción I contacted them I told them tha my phone had 2 factors on they told me that was no problem but when I tried to use it it asked me for verification code the told me that I had to turn off 2 factors off they always told me that and sent me the steps to do it but how I was going to turn it off since Apple removed that option I asked to refund me because I couldn’t use the software they told me that I should had read there’s policy SCAM!!!!! The star I give them is my middle finger!!

I had no reason to doubt my husband. But then one day, his phone was switched off for two hours after work. His batteries ran out and I believed him. I was able to collect proof and confront him. He was shocked and apologetic.

Being a father is never an easy job. I came to know it first hand when my daughter started going out with her new friends. Seeing my worry, my friend suggested Spymaster Pro. Within a few days, I was able to find her friends were forcing drugs and alcohol on her. I intervened and I was able to save her from god knows what!! She realized her wrong and is now slowly recovering at a centre.

Worst company on the planet! Do not use as they are incompetent. They do not state on their website that this service does not work on new iPhones which are automatically locked to two factor authentication. They are so unprofessional they hack into phones causing alarm to the phone owner then refuse to refund when the service is exposed as a fraud. Do not use these scammers in India at all costs.
