Victim of Management Power against Employee.

"Pros"

Work From Home, Leaves, Reimbursement,

"Cons:"

I am very Sad to say that I became a victim where immediately i was asked to give resignation.

I did not even got PIP as a company Policy but asked me to give resignation. I do have HR department and my Manager meeting recordings with me where every conversation has recorded. So no one can deny. I can even publish that video recording on various platform.

I believe my seniors in the department has subject knowledge then how come they asked me to complete the target? I am not from sales department.

Throughout my tenure, i was keep jumping from number of tasks just because my immediate manager was on leave and no one was there actively to provide tasks and other details. But till that time i did what i was told to do so fromq my higher department senior person.

I have mentioned everything as a work report I have done from the date of joining till exit, the last day and as per all possibilities and impossibilities by submitting fact and the nature of work, but still they want target.

I also had word with the official about the issue happened with me in my company on Twitter and LinkedIn, those official people's gave straight answers in my favour and i also shown those responses/answers to my manager, but still my manager denied that. I have those tweets, post and video recordings with me, that too i can publish over the internet.

My manager didn't take meetings 1v1 meetings every fortnight. Yes, I mean it.

If i was asked to resign on the basis of my performance then why didn't my senior not responded to the blockers i kept mentioning over our communication tool?

Daily they had time to ask us to put everyday task and everyday report, but not got time to see everyday blockers i had while performing daily tasks. I still have every tasks, reports and the blockers details with me, that also i can share in internet and anyone can cross verify it if any changes they found.

In my annual performance review, i did explain about the challenge i was facing but none of the action taken against the situation. Even the head of the HR was not aware of the problem i was facing and without investigating about the exact issue, they obey department decision.
Where is ethical values? How anyone can say Empathy Starts / begin with home? No empathy, no understanding, no logic of executing the decision.

I still have my annual performance review doc with me, that too i can share over internet. Anyone can read it.

My immediate Manager was aggressively telling me why didn't I forward the Annual Performance review doc with them first? Sorry, that document i was not told to share with anybody, it's private and confidential. Hence shared with direct HR department only.

"Advice to Management"

Read the cons carefully and don't play with anyone's future, they have family to feed. In one day, someone loosing it's job will put everything of theirs on streets.
