I am waiting for a small parcel from TradeInn (Spain) with final destination country being Greece (order placed on July 7th). Last update on tracking was on July 12th showing the parcel in Netherlands and IN TRANSIT but 16 days later no update (in the app or website) and no info from Spring. I tried calling also the local courier (ELTA Greece) but they haven't received any such parcel yet. Tracking code is: LS389643072NL.
I need info about this shipment asap.

It’s been a very bad experience that I am been through, I ordered something from NL and waiting for parcel to arrive in Australia. I tried calling everyone including the company that I ordered. No information on my parcel. Its says the data is created but it’s not been shipped yet. But the company claims they have already shipped 5 days ago. I am not sure what wrong with Spring GDS. The parcel is not shipped yet and not even picked even on 6th day. I am very much worried now. Please try to avoid this services. The item finally arrived and I have decided to upgrade my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. The shipment from Italy to Spain of a small 1kg package took about one and a half week. This is a bit slow, but reasonable. Less good is that for a week there was no information other than that the package had been picked up, and that the tracking links indicated on Spring web site told that the tracking number did not exist. This gave unnecessary worries, as it reminded of similar previous situations with other vendors that turned out to be fraud. But once the shipment apparently got moving the updates through ShippyPro gave correct information.

The vendor in Italy tells me that the item was shipped a week ago. The Spring-GDS tracking link provided with an email at that same moment does since then, however, only indicate "parcel created". Nothing has changed for a week. No information that the parcel was picked up, even less that it should be in transit. In one of the tracking links provided on the Spring-GDS web site the tracking number is said not even to exist.
If someone from Spring GDS is reading this, please give me a correct update on this shipment. Thank you!

Pending delivery routing number LS169370493NL. It was "in transport" with no new scans from 2/10/22 to (3/19/22). I contacted Swiminn numerous times for an update (updates must come from the shipper not the receiver) with the only response being, wait longer. There would be far less anger and concern if: 1) Swiminn would cease dangling unrealistic delivery dates to (likely) increase sales, and 2) Spring GDS would either scan more frequently or add that latest movement of package could take ___ days. This review is similar to the one below because I had exactly the same experience and have been waiting since 2/10/22 for a package that had a two week stated delivery date. I will NEVER buy from any of their companies again.

Pending delivery routing number LS186735534NL. Package left Spain on 3/11. It had been "in transport" with no new scans from 3/17/22 to 3/29. Arrived in LA on 3/29. Handed over to USPS on 3/31. Took from then until 4/4 delivery to move package 2 states east. This package from Trekkinn did eventually arrive. There could be far less drama if: 1) TradeInn would cease dangling unrealistic delivery dates to (likely) increase sales, and 2) Spring GDS would either scan more frequently or add that latest movement of package could take x to y days. This took just under a month. I saved a few bucks, not sure I would do this again.

I don't normally write reviews, but after seeing all the negative feedback I had to give a review. The updates on tracking weren't the best but on the website xtremeinn they had updates nearly everyday, my skates where delivered within the time frame suggested. Thankyou

Small package coming from Germany to UK. Seems to have got stuck in Netherlands - 10 days in transit at time of writing this review. Tracking it usually takes you round in circles.
Would never use them by choice.

Bought an item, said it was delivered but wasn't. Fairly typical. Took weeks to get a reply from Royal Mail, again fairly typical. Both sender and deliver pointing finger which again took time. Oh I can't claim now because typical deliver disputes made it fall outside of claim window. Definitely avoid this. GG

This courier is sooooo bad. My parcel got no update for more than two weeks. I called the local office number in HK, but the lady picked up and hang up. When I called back a few minutes later, my call was directed to the voice mail. Is this a fake company?

Ordered bike parts from Bikeinn and I received an email telling my my parts were dispatched from Spain. I was concerned to see previous reviews however, the items arrived within 5 working days at my home in the UK. Parts were also well packed.

I'm so disappointed... The parcel with track. number 3SDOKC0969976 even after 60 days remains "in transit". I think snowinn trading etc should more carefully suggest courier companies to customers.
