People are in such rush that they are scanning packages as they were all blind. Or maybe is it the pressure in working place?
I got email with information that my package was delivered. Maybe, but where I don't know. Got it week before predicted date. After contacting the GDS they said they can't help, still claiming they are all the best with their quality. No, they are not. What happened the package probably got stolen and they are not even willing to respond on your email properly.
Such an embarrassment, pathetic.

My package has been stuck in their UK customs after having the "Import Scan completed" 2 weeks ago (JB001138853GB), and unfortunately the Italy-based sender (London-Store) who sent this item to me has no idea on the whereabouts of the parcel.
Spring GDS won't respond to tracking enquiries from non-senders but it seems even then their senders are at a loss for their own items! Please avoid using these guys if you're sending into the UK!!

I am waiting for the delivery of 3SDOKC1603732 for a month. This company is so bad that they cant even read and copy an address to a new label.
I double checked all the details (names, addresses and phone numbers) and they are correct.
Yesterday morning, I presented a complaint and after a couple of hours I get an email stating that a delivery attempt was made but the "ADDRESSEE UNKNOWN". I was at home and my phone was on. It seems to me that they have very low control over their delivery people and try to scam the company they deliver for with these weird behaviors, probably to show good statistics and still get paid. They have no customer service whats so ever and the company I bought the item in asks me to contact them directly. The loop continues.

Parcel took 2 days to gety to UK from Spain, its menat to be Royal Mail tracked 48 hours. Its somehow ended up with Spring GDS and is stuck in their system:-

Hopelessly slow and the tracking is useless .. apparently my parcel had export declaration ready on 10/05 ... then export declaration sent on 12/05 ... then export declaration ready AGAIN later on 12/05 ... now 13/05 no further updates so I can only assume that my parcel STILL has not left Spain.

After reading all these reviews I was almost sure that my parcel will never reach me. But surprisingly on the last day of the estimated delivery date, my parcel was transfered to local post office and delivered same day to me. Route of the delivery was Hungary-Netherlands. Track N trace was a bit confusing but I got my parcel after all and I'm happy with it.

The most horrendous company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They loose your item and then spend copious amounts of time “investigating” the issue whilst you sit out of pocket and just get told to wait. Stay clear of this courier company if you don’t want the headache and actually want your parcel to arrive at its destination.

I was scared when I looked at these reviews. 1.5 rating? Jesus Christ. I had 0 problems. My package went from Spain, to France, to Croatia and it took 9 days. Yeah okay, the package seemed to be stuck in Paris for 3 days, but it's part of the process.
It's in human nature to moan when something bad happens to us and that's fine. But when something goes well, people usually don't comment how good the service was. 1.5 rating is way too low. Still higher than DHL which has 1.1 rating. Same thing, a world renowned company can't be THAT bad.

I ordered some parts for my bike from bikeinn located Spain to be sent to the UK, they used spring gds and Royal Mail to get my package to me. Reading bad reviews here I started to worry about massive delays or even not receiving my package then realised not one good review was left by happy customers, only reviews by unhappy customers so I hope to bring their rating up a little after receiving my delivery earlier than expected, the tracker app needs work as at one point it said my package was stuck which prompted me to find these poor reviews and start to panic that my bike would be left on the stand for months but now the only thing holding me back is having to write a review

I am shipping from Spain to Finland quite regularly, and it seems that consignments pretty consistently get delayed for around 7 days in the Netherlands.
Especially smaller parcels seem to be "re-forwarded" as pallet - perhaps that's a process worth looking at in detail as it sounds like this is what is causing the delay.

I'm writing this review with hope that Spring GDS can move along my order, or at least let me know when it realistically might arrive. I can't see any customer support email address on their site. My order has been sitting in an NL Transit Hub (according to tracking information) for almost a week. The order was made via the Dressinn website and they have given minimal feedback on my delivery progress. The estimated delivery date was Feb 8-13, which has passed by. Thanks in advance, please help.
Update: the Aftership app has updated to tell me that the item has arrived in my country. Looks promising.
TradeInn should adjust the estimated delivery times and get rid of their tracking system, it just causes anxiety.
Final update: I received my watch, new and in perfect condition which is why I have updated this to 4 stars. Admittedly I probably panicked when I saw so many negative reviews. It arrived just 3 days later than the estimated delivery time. So overall, Dressinn.com and Spring GDS delivered what I ordered.

Ordered on the 29/01/23, was sent on the 31/01/23. I was told it would arrive between the 10th and 14th of February. It is now the 15th and have had no parcel update since the 3rd when it arrived in Germany. That have failed to deliver within the assigned dates, and have not updated me as to why. Order number 181470421141
EDIT: the parcel was send to the seller after 3 weekend. They re-shipped me again and it arrived.

I have a package on its way from Germany (a vinyl album). So far it's a week late, tracking is only available with 3rd party tracking sites all of which are pretty useless. I really have no idea where my package is or when it will be delivered or what condition it will be in.
*Package arrived after one full month ( Germany to N.Ireland)...once it arrived in the UK it was delivered next day by Royal Mail....Maybe the sender sent it as cheap as possible (€8)...
luckily it arrived in perfect condition.

I placed an order to be delivered from the U.K. Spring has had the parcel since December 15th, but the tracking information says it hasn’t even left the U.K. still now. I have tried contacting the seller who hasn’t been able to help. This is a ridiculous shipping service. How can I still have no updates after all this time?
EDIT: The parcel has officially been lost. A large 12kg box. It never even left the U.K. How do you lose such a massive parcel? The retailer has refunded me, but there were things in that package that cannot easily be replaced. Awful.
