Support was super fast & efficient. I had a great chat with multiple members of staff about a detail in how the Chaptering feature was set up. It was great to get a reply to my query within the hour, with a completely clear rundown on how exactly Spreaker's system and its player operate with chaptering, and I learned some new things not inherently available in the documentation. In reply, I made some recommendations as to how the UI could be improved to accommodate for what was explained to me, and my recommendations were taken seriously and elevated to the product development team.
It's great to be heard by support and to know that customers and even their sometimes unique use cases get taken seriously.

I needed to set up my RSS email as I hadn't done that when I began with Spreaker. I emailed support at Spreaker and Caterina got back to me with perfect instructions, easy to follow... and I got the job done. Thanks! :)

Spreaker has been great. I have been able to showcase my very full inventory of podcast episodes and expand my audience and monetoze each episode. It's reliable with not technical problems. I made a great move switching to Spreaker.

I give it 5 stars, Everything is great I love sharing my mixes to my family friends and coworkers.

Everything worked out well as I began having more time to figure out the studio app. I guess the phone studio app drafts do not appear on the pc draft list, and vice verse? Also, I just applied the Spreaker RSS to Anchor.FM and Anchor.FM's RSS to my Spreaker account, yet Anchor.FM keeps alerting me I need to still apply the Spreaker RSS to Anchor. I did that several times. Now I have a duplicate show of The Lookout Guy on my Spreaker account. So that's an Anchor.FM issue and not Spreaker's. That is another reason why I prefer Spreaker over all the rest. I have never in about 7 years being on Spreaker, had a technical problem. If I am missing something please let me know, about the RSS thing?

I'am your loyal customer for almost last 4 years and asked for a discount that was given to me. I'am thankful for fast response and kind answer from your side. I'am recommending your service to all podcast beginners that ask me questions about podcasting and how to start and what hosting and distributing platform to use. In my humble opinion Spreaker is a Top Podcast service in the world.

Simple, robust, easy to use. The Spreaker app allows users to broadcast "Live" as well as to publish pre-recorded episodes with ease. The powerful distribution tools make the hardest part of podcasting a simple click-through process.

The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars (for now) is that the iPad version of the app does not allow for identifying and using external microphones. I am not sure if this is because the iPad 6th gen is not able to recognize an external mic via the 3.5mm audio jack, or if the app is just not able to... but it would be lovely to be able to select an external mic from within the app on the iPad 6th gen.

Terrific customer service -- the platform was running a discount for its top service. I informed Spreaker that I wanted the service a notch below. And I was given an option for a discount on that one, too. More than the discounts, Spreaker is user friendly, and provides all the tools necessary for podcasters.

Spreaker is a great innovative application for my podcast. The customer service is very helpful, and easy to make revisions on my profile if necessary.

There was a problem deducting from my account and so my account was closed after some three attempts. Considering how consistent I have been over the months I was not expecting my account subscription to be cancelled. Spreaker promised me some time back that my account won't be closed when such problems occur.
