Pessimi, stampa fatta male nonostante file ad alta risoluzione, fatto rifare tutto l'ordine e lo hanno sbagliato ANCORA.
Non si parla mai con la stessa persona e ogni volta bisogna ricominciare da capo.
mi sento truffato. Vergogna
The absolute worst, extremely bad printing even if i gave them an high-res file. they made the same mistake even after reprinting my order.
Impossible to speak with the same person twice so they keep repeating and coping and pasting the same message.
i feel scammed. shame on you.

ci dispiace molto che la stampa non sia andata a buon fine nonostante la risoluzione dei file. Purtroppo anche i motivi ad alta risoluzione devono essere ottimizzati per la stampa. I colleghi dell'assistenza clienti danno sempre il meglio per aiutare i nostri clienti nel più breve tempo possibile, ma trattandosi di una grossa azienda non possiamo garantire che un cliente venga preso in carico sempre dalla stessa persona. Ci scusiamo per questo. Siamo anche un po' amareggiati che ti senta truffato: hai reclamato i tuoi prodotti, ottenuto il cambio e ricevuto il rimborso richiesto. Come avremmo potuto far meglio? I didnt find the colors on a t-shirt to be that accurate so i contacted spreadshirt and talked about it, staff was very understanding, patience and dealt with the issue professionally. It was a pleasure to with them and im sure i'll use Spreadshirt again in case i needed more custom tshirts to be done.
